Banker Burke has put four solid efforts together in recent months and should go close in first-time cheekpieces, but JOHN MONASH shades the verdict in receipt of 9lb. He has displayed a fair level of ability in six NH starts, particularly in bumpers, and might be able to open his account with top jockey Bryan Cooper riding for the first time. His stablemate End Of Line disappointed on his hurdling debut at Cork but can fare much better in this weaker maiden.

URBAN DUSK ran out a game winner over the extended 2m2f here last time and, with the third and fifth subsequently franking that form, she gets the vote to defy a 6lb rise in the ratings. Baroque Style was a cracking third at Punchestown on Wednesday and is likely to be in the shake-up again, while Most Honourable wouldn't be the most consistent of performers, but is more than capable when putting his best foot forward.

Altiepix is sure to have plenty of supporters representing Gordon Elliott and Bryan Cooper, and he can run well, but the 8lb which BARRACK STREET receives (plus Jonathan Moore's claim) could prove crucial. He looks a winner waiting to happen following three runner-up finishes over 2m7f here, and today could be his day. Saval Park wouldn't need to improve too much to be competitive and it's interesting that Ruby Walsh takes the ride on Ballyfore Cross.

One Fine Morning has crept into the frame on his last couple of appearances and might do so again, while Galboystown Lady wears a first-time tongue-tie (along with the customary hood) and can mount a bold bid if putting her best foot forward. The vote, however, goes to BILLS OFFICIAL. He ran out an easy winner over this C&D in June, and produced his best effort since then when second of 16 at Roscommon last time. Another bold bid looks assured.

Sounds Of Thunder ran out a game winner over hurdles at Fairyhouse and warrants plenty of respect on her chasing debut, similarly the four-year-old Mustadrik, who represents the stable that won this race 12 months ago. Hurry Kitty shouldn't be too far away if building on her third at Sligo, but DRUMHART shades the verdict. He lost little in defeat when a head second over this C&D last time and a repeat performance is sure to see him in the thick of things again.

Heist continues in excellent form and is attractively weighted on his Irish return, while Old Castletown would hold an obvious chance if none the worse for his Tipperary spill earlier this month. The vote goes to VIC APPROACH, though, as he made a successful return to chasing when scoring with any amount in hand at Tramore. The Mooch has been holding his form well and is a solid each-way alternative in the first-time blinkers.

FARAWAY MOUNTAIN shaped with a great deal of promise when second on his belated debut at Gowran earlier this month, travelling well and pulling clear of the remainder, and this represents a gilt-edged opportunity for him to open his account. Concience has been knocking on the door lately and should be in the mix again, but a bigger threat may come from Field Robin, who showed up well for a long way on her first outing at Roscommon.
