This looks a straight shootout between SHE'S DA ONE and Workbench, and the former is readily preferred. Paul Nicholls' mare landed a quick double with a comfortable success at Wincanton earlier this month, overcoming a couple of jumping errors to win with plenty in hand. This slightly longer trip will suit and she can get the better of Workbench, who reverts to hurdling after a disappointing recent spell over fences. Ocean Venture can beat Madam Be for the bronze medal.

The Italian Yob remains well treated over the smaller obstacles but he has had trouble with bleeding over the past year or so and he can't be backed with any confidence at present. Tara Tavey is in the form of her life and merits respect despite a 9lb rise, while Cash Injection continues to run well and ought to be on the premises once more. Preference, though, is for facile Chepstow winner SANDYNOW, who is strongly fancied to defy her 7lb penalty for the in-form Peter Bowen yard.

ALLTHEKINGSHORSES proved his stamina for this trip when second in this contest off the same mark last year, and he is fancied to go one better this time around having been kept fresh by Philip Hobbs. Buck's Bond has failed to complete on his last two outings but continues to fall down the weights and is greatly feared. Thomas Wild has been running well in defeat of late and can make his presence felt once more, while American Legend and Adrenalin Flight complete the shortlist.

CLASSICAL ART stayed on powerfully at the finish to force a dead-heat over this trip at Taunton earlier this month and David Pipe's charge is fancied to win outright this time around on this stiffer track. Vodka 'n Tonic was just touched off last time and merits serious consideration with the Nicky Henderson yard among the winners of late. Jolly Roger ran much more encouragingly last time and can also make the frame.

A tightly-knit handicap can go the way of TOM NEARY, who made a highly encouraging chasing debut over course and distance last month. Robert Walford's eight-year-old jumped well on that occasion and remains open to plenty of improvement on just his sixth start under Rules. Somchine won bravely at Southwell on his latest outing and isn't opposed lightly while Worthy Award is also greatly respected. Kitegen perhaps has the most to prove of the quartet having failed to complete on his last three outings.

A competitive hunters' chase can go the way of INDIANA BAY, who chased home an impressive winner over an inadequate trip at Stratford on his most recent outing. Little Cornham has won his last two between the flags and looks the chief danger on his return to Rules racing with Will Biddick in the plate. Blinding Lights, Supreme Danehill and Minella Web all arrive in good form and will likely be thereabouts.

SADLER'S GOLD was most disappointing on his hurdling bow at Newbury but it was possible that he needed the run that day returning from an absence. This represents a golden opportunity for him to open his account and he is taken to score at the chief expense of Pauls Conn, who has shaped with promise on each of his three racecourse appearances. Fashion Icon ran well for a long way on debut before coming down and she can make her presence felt if none the worse for that spill.
