It could pay to stick with BUBBS here despite a 4lbs rise for her narrow victory over 2m 3f here last time out. She's won two of here last three starts and wouldn't have too much to find to land this. Delcombe has another 6lb to carry following his impressive 2m 6f win at Wincanton this month but still looks the danger while Ramvaswani can be given a chance off today's mark but is still a maiden after 37 NH starts and may have to settle for place money. Alldunnandusted is in good form but may be in the grip of the handicapper now.

Unless there is something extra special amongst the newcomers this should go the way of BATHWICK QUEST, who has hit form recently after problems earlier in the year. After a close second over C&D last month, he followed up with an impressive 23-length victory over 2m at Wincanton. Lady Rhinestone scored nicely over this trip in a Fontwell bumper and could prove the biggest threat on her hurdling bow while Line Kendie comes from a family of decent chasers and could make her mark first time out.

Keki Buku has looked out of sorts this season but can be given a chance on his best form and should be open to some improvement. Diamond Brook is a progressive sort who wasn't far away last time over 2m at Wincanton on just his third start and looks a leading contender here but it might be worth sticking with the hat-trick seeking RATHROCKSCOURT. He hasn't proved the most consistent but scored cosily enough over this trip at Stratford last time and should be up to following up today despite being lumbered with another 5lb.

In quite a trappy contest, it can pay to stick with SAGALYRIQUE despite his 7lb penalty. The French import has only run over fences twice but ran out a very easy winner over 2m 3f at Taunton last time. There might be plenty more to come and the weight shouldn't stop him from following up. Pavillon Blue is on a hat-trick after two 2m 2f wins here and can't be ruled out despite another 8lb to carry while Crank Hill was a very impressive winner over 3m 1f at Towcester earlier this year but the drop in trip and another 12lb may count against him here.

Or Bleu picked up a couple of nice chasing wins last season but has shown little this term, falling last time out at Newbury. Cornas has been highly-tried but his only success in seven starts over fences came in a much lower grade and he's passed over in favour of PASCO, who just missed out in a handicap over 2m 4f at Newbury last month. He looks a better horse over this sort of trip and might still be open to some improvement over fences.

This should go the way of CAROLE'S LEGACY, a very impressive winner over 2m 5f at Wincanton last month on her chasing debut. An impressive hurdler, with four wins from seven starts, she switched to the bigger obstacles with ease and should be capable of better things. Over Sixty has put in some good efforts in graded company over timber and is expected to go well first time out over fences but Midnight Queen has won her last two starts - one over fences at Fontwell - and with plenty more to come after just four starts, she looks the one for the forecast. Wychwoods legend, a 3m Huntingdon chase winner is not without a chance.

Although he hasn't been seen since finishing well down the field in a Grade 1 hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, JUNIOR makes plenty of appeal here on his chasing debut. A Grade 2 winner over timber at Newbury this time last year, he could have too much class for these rivals. Bluegun, second over 2m 7f in a Market Rasen chase last month, and unbeaten point-to-pointer Meanus Dandy can fight out the minor honours. More The Merrier, second over 3m at Chepstow despite jumping errors on his chasing bow, could be thereabouts.
