EVIDENCE DE THAIX was well held when finishing second on her UK debut at Lingfield last month but she can be given another chance to confirm the promise that she displayed in her native France. Our Dot's Baby has failed to complete in her last two starts but is a player based on her victory at Ffos Las is October. Others to note are Dissavril and Stream Lady.

Radical Archie has to be respected on his back-to-back victories at Uttoxeter and Chepstow and he was not disgraced when filling second place at Ffos Las on Monday. That said, the preference is for TRANS EXPRESS, who followed two good performances in defeat with a victory at Leicester earlier in the month. A 2lb rise in the ratings for that success appears to be very fair and he makes plenty of appeal. Shalakar made an encouraging return to action last month and he could make the frame.

A chance can be taken with LE BOIZELO, who failed to complete in his last two starts but he arrives here on a workable mark and his stable has been in good form of late. The Kings Writ won over 3m here in April and he probably would have won last time out but for falling at the last fence. He's now on a career-high mark but the seven-year-old is going in the right direction and may have more to offer. Night Of Sin and Conna Cross are others who could make the frame.

DALILA DU SEUIL won twice in Listed company over hurdles in France and is worth monitoring closely in the betting now debuting over fences on her first start for new connections. Dinos Benefit makes some appeal on her Fontwell victory two starts ago, though she needs to step up on what she showed in a handicap at Ascot last time. Kalahari Queen, who sports first-time cheekpieces, is also expected to go well on these terms.

BIG TIME FRANK was touched off by a nose over the extended 2m7f at Lingfield 10 days ago, pulling seven lengths clear of the rest of the field, and rates the one to beat while officially 5lb well-in. Colmers Hill returned to winning ways over 3m at Ffos Las last month and is expected to give a good account, despite a 6lb rise. The pick of the remainder may be the usually reliable Bermeo, who was a surprise faller two out at Wincanton two weeks ago.

Ask The Weatherman won on his reappearance here last season but was pulled up in three subsequent starts and the switch to novice hurdling isn't fancied to suit him. Shaughnessy put in a solid effort when third on his hurdling debut here last time and should enjoy the extra yardage, but FLINCK makes greater appeal. Fifth behind dual bumper winner Malone Road in a point-to-point in the spring, the four-year-old can make the perfect start to his career under Rules.

KAYF CHARMER did it well on her first start after a break here last month and could build on that effort with natural improvement expected. The eight-year-old landed her first success going right-handed on that occasion and another bold showing looks assured. Great Fairy showed improvement when fourth at Chepstow last time and has scope to do better at the age of just five, while Marvellous Monty and Spirit Of Rome are others to take seriously.
