GOTTALUVJIMMY (14) was far too good with Meech in the saddle last time, scoring with ease over 1100m at Stawell. Up a notch but drops 1kg and retains the rider. Doesn't have the best record over the longer trip but back in form and can go on with it. INKSLINGER (2) made considerable ground to win last time out at Wodonga over 1100m. Should be finding the line hard again here. SMART ELISSIM (1) bounced back well with a third at Kilmore after being safely accounted for two back at Sale. Rates a hope riding the speed here. VISUALISING (11) finished ninth last start, beaten 10 lengths at Flemington over 1600m. Back in trip for return and well back in grade. Can run well fresh. KNOCK KNOCK (7) can play a role in the finish while fresh.
