It was noticeable how well NASTASIYA travelled into her race when not beaten far over an extended two miles here recently. With the drop back in trip expected to suit here, the three-year-old can get off the mark at the ninth time of asking with Jason Hart an eye-catching jockey booking. A winner over C&D back in October, Major Snugfit is likely to figure for the in-form Rebecca Menzies team, while Can Can Girl doesn't know how to run a bad race.

ELEVEN ELEVEN could not have won any easier here last time out and the step up in trip may only enhance his claims as he makes his handicap debut off what looks a workable mark. The three-year-old is preferred to the likes of Mahanakhon Power, who is interesting on his first start for new connections, and International Law, who went close at Wolverhampton latest. Others to note include Engles Rock, Saulire Star and Reclaim Victory.

BLACKJACK made quite the impression when winning on debut here last month and despite a 6lb penalty for that success, Dale Swift's mount is taken to uphold form with the second Canzone. Alhammaam hasn't done much wrong since joining the Stuart Williams' stable and the drop back in trip looks a shrewd move here as he looks to get off the mark at the fifth time of asking. Tistaahal is not to be underestimated either on his first start for new connections.

KABOO had been highly tried before getting off the mark over 5f at Wolverhampton in September and he could be hard to beat once again, despite having to carry a 7lb penalty. Instinction is an obvious threat to the selection having won easily over C&D last month, while Alia Choice is a newcomer to note being out of the Lowther winner Queen Kindly.

A case can be made for most of these but preference is for MASKED IDENTITY, who has racked up a hat-trick in recent months and a 3lb rise for the most recent of those wins may still underestimate him. Star Shield accounted for the subsequent winner Vindobala (third) when scoring over C&D last month and he has to be respected. The aforementioned Vindobala edges out Teston, a runner-up at Kempton on Sunday, to be the pick of the remainder.

Maywake was just able to get the better of Lead Story when scoring by a neck over this C&D last month and he is respected off a 5lb higher mark. However, preference is for ORBAAN, who should find this to be easier task after his latest outing which came in the Listed Hyde Stakes at Kempton. The son of Invincible Spirit remains lightly raced on the all-weather and he can resume winning ways off a workable mark of 91. Sanaadh has been given a chance by the handicapper and also has claims.

GOOD EARTH has been holding his form well and he continued that sequence with an encouraging fourth at Wolverhampton earlier this month. The four-year-old gelding still remains a maiden on the all-weather but he can be be rewarded for his consistency with a breakthrough success in this contest. Bridgetown seemed to react well to the first-time cheekpieces at Lingfield and he retains the headgear on this occasion, while Sugar Baby is also considered after hinting at a return to form at this course.
