Juneau couldn't follow up her Chepstow victory under a 6lb penalty at Windsor, but gets a second bite at the cherry here. However, preference is for C&D winner BROKEN FORCE, who was beaten half-a-length when bumping into an improving rival from Sir Mark Prescott's stable Yarmouth, but can get back to winning ways at a track where he has posted two of his best efforts to date. Berlusca is another track and trip winner who needs respect, while cheekpieces could potentially improve the consistent Global Art.

Newbury winner ICONIC CHOICE looks the best option to make a winning step up in trip having suggested further would suit over 6f last time, and representing the leading team at this venue of Richard Kingscote and Tom Dascombe. Miss Celestial showed plenty of likeable qualities when winning at Lingfield last month and warrants respect, while Roger Varian's Quduraat wasn't asked to many questions when fourth at Doncaster on debut and could be capable of more. John Gosden's Frankel filly Frisella is also worthy of a market check.

AUXERRE knocked on the door at Newmarket on debut and the 160,000gns yearling, who is a half-brother to Listed winner Isabel De Urbina, should be capable of building on that useful performance to score. John Gosden's Al Shaqab Racing gelding Msayyan took part in a Listed contest on his seasonal reappearance, and his Nottingham victory last season over subsequent King George V Stakes second Corgi makes him the main danger to the selection. Juthoor and Global Melody can fight it out for third.

Tom Dascombe's SHA LA LA LA LEE was beaten only a nose under Alistair Rawlinson over this C&D month and he can go one better now from just 3lb higher in the handicap, with top course jockey Richard Kingscote returning to the saddle. Wahash is another to go close recently and the Salisbury second has to be respected lining up off the same mark, while Godolphin's Dubai Horizon was fourth over track and trip last time out but could build on that now tried in a visor.

MR WAGYU put together back-to-back victories last month and his placed effort most recently at Nottingham suggests that he can win off his current mark. Mutabaahy is another whose recent form has been encouraging, having made the frame on his last five starts, and he appears to be the main threat to the selection. Others to consider are Bath And Tennis, Lucky Lucky Man and Mushahadaat.

A tricky contest to close the card but the one who stands out is MOUNTAIN PEAK, who put in a career-best when winning well at Leicester late last month. He has to carry a 6lb penalty for that victory but is still 4lb well-in. Palmer appears to be the main threat having run well over C&D two starts ago, while Q Twenty Boy has an each-way chance.
