This looks to be a nice opening for MAC TOTTIE to claim a hat-trick. Peter Bowen's charge has thumped some decent types at Cartmel the last twice and can continue his recent run of impressive form. Nigel Hawke won this last year and Mead Vale did perform much better at Taunton when last seen in April, while Farocco has a bit to find but should enjoy the step up in trip. Trixster would be a contender if turned out again following his success at Warwick on Thursday.

KATY ROYAL won here following a break during the spring and could repeat the dose for Chris Fairhurst. Third at Aintree when last seen, the six-year-old can defy top weight and should be suited by the decent ground on offer. Isle Of Destiny didn't jump well at Wexford but clearly possesses a decent engine and could yet improve now under Richard Johnson, while Tara Mac was a runaway winner at Worcester last time and deserves respect back over hurdles.

Top Tip: Katy Royal (1)
Watch out for: Isle Of Destiny (3)

TARA MAC is hard to ignore on her recent chasing success from this lower hurdles mark so she gets the nod to follow up. Isle of Destiny is an interesting runner with this shorter trip likely to be in her favour now venturing into handicaps. Theatre Act cannot be dismissed from a dangerous mark, also.

Gordon Elliott's charge appears feasibly weighted in this sphere and shades the vote ahead of C&D winner Notonebuttwo and Cash Again, who is back on his last winning mark.
