Only two winners among these juvenile handicappers and CAMROCK STAR makes most appeal despite having earned a 7lb rise in the ratings. The Rock Of Gibraltar filly scored impressively in claiming company last time out and the booking of Silvestre De Sousa suggests another big run is expected. Inniscastle Boy can boast winning form at this course and would appear to have a performance up his sleeve off this mark of 63, while Denton Dancer is another likely improver.

Division two of the nursery looks an ideal opportunity for BAILEYS OVER ICE to open her account as the daughter of Iceman is now switched to the all-weather surface. She wasn't at all disgraced in a big field at Nottingham latest and now eased 2lb in the ratings, the James Given charge could take some beating. Next Cry is beginning to look exposed but shouldn't be ruled out, representing champion trainer Richard Hannon, while Stag Hill is interesting at the forecast prices and might be of interest to each-way players.

THE JAILER displayed signs of a return to form at Wolverhampton when last sighted as the eight-year-old mare looks to have come back down to a workable mark. Ryan Powell is well worth his 5lb claim in the saddle and with form over this track and trip already in the bag, she could be the one to beat. Bateleur continues to hold his form well but this looks a tough ask under a 6lb penalty and while Cut The Cackle is interesting, there could be more to come from Rightcar.

Richard Hannon appears to hold a strong hand in this maiden but while the booking of Paul Hanagan aboard Intuition is of interest, Madgenta contested what looks a decent Windsor maiden earlier this month. The latter would appear to be the trainers' main hope and he wasn't at all far away at Leicester when well fancied latest. Preference, however, is for POKER HOSPITAL. The George Baker representative can boast experience over the majority of her rivals and the step back into maiden company is taken to do the trick.

An interesting renewal of the Floodlit Stakes, which has attracted a competitive field. Laaheb can boast winning C&D form in the Group 3 September Stakes last year and while the Roger Varian charge has struggled to find his feet this time around, this drop in class is expected to suit. Saeed Bin Suroor took a share of these spoils 12 months ago with Mastery and holds a genuine chance again with Prince Bishop but PARLOUR GAMES is preferred as the Mahmood Al Zarooni-trained three-year-old can benefit from his age allowance. There could be more to come from the Monsun colt, who looked of Pattern-race calibre when fending off Whiplash Willie in a hard-fought battle at York two starts ago.

There was only a neck splitting Veroon and Norse Blues over C&D two weeks ago and there shouldn't be much to choose between that pair again tonight, but GOOD AUTHORITY is fancied to deliver the goods. He readily won a maiden on just his third start for the Karen George stable at Wolverhampton last month and looks more than capable of following up off a mark of 75 on his return to handicaps. Lingfield winner George Guru is another with claims.

COMPTON BLUE can land the spoils on just his third all-weather start. He has been knocking on the door on turf recently and is currently 8lb lower in this sphere. The form of Woolston Ferry's second at Wolverhampton last time looks rock solid with the first, fourth and fifth all winning since, and he should go close if in the same mood tonight, while Gazboolou is no forlorn hope returning to the scene of three of his five career wins.

Marginal preference is for TUDOR PRINCE in this open looking event. Tony Carroll's gelding arguably produced his best effort of the year thus far when a close fourth over C&D last month and the handicapper has kindly left him alone. Blue Noodles was only half-a-length behind the selection that day (finishing fifth) and should give another good account, while Yakama is worthy of consideration on the back of his narrow defeat on turf at Yarmouth 23 days ago.
