SEVENLEFT pulled too hard to see out the 1m trip last time and this trip should suit much better. He was second in a similar race at Gowran over 7f the time before that and a repeat of that run would have him thereabouts. Forcefull was fourth in a Listed race at Deauville in June but she failed to build on that when sixth at Le Touquet the following month and it is hard to know what to expect from her on her first start for this yard. Hasselnott and Stanley Daley are others who make some appeal.

IN MY POCKET is the clear form pick here following his second in a decent race at Tipperary in August. Prior to that, he was fifth in a Listed event at Cork. He is rated 16lb superior to The Ice Meister, who looks his biggest danger but only receives 4lb from his rival. The other two need to step up massively from their maiden runs but a slight preference is for Pharadelle.

Alaskan Son sets a fair standard on his narrow second at Galway in August, although he didn't really step forward from that when fourth at the same track next time. A YEAR TO REMEMBER was sent of favourite for a good maiden at Tipperary on debut but, like so many from this yard, he just needed the experience and we can expect much better today. The unraced pair of the Aga Khan's Ebadan and Tarazani both deserve plenty of respect as they are both closely related to black-type performers.

OOR JOCK has been running really well all year and has been very unfortunate not to get his head in front. The handicapper has dropped him another pound in the ratings since his second at Roscommon last month and he has to be thereabouts. Apache Gold and Knights Templar both come here off the back of last time out wins and deserve plenty of respect, while the likes of Avalanche, Its Harrys Girl and Pure Drama are others with solid claims.

TADAANY had been steadily progressing prior to his runaway success at Listowel last month and, with his confidence buoyed by that breakthrough victory, he can find the net again. Third Dimension also arrives with a win under his belt and he won't go down without a fight, while similar comments apply to Curragh scorer Fit For The Job. The consistent pair Champagne Or Water and Canary Row are worth considering for each-way purposes.

SMILING EMILY improved immediately for the switch to nurseries when touched off by a head at Cork last month, and with normal improvement expected she can open her account at the fifth attempt. La Tendresse and Zig Zag weren't far behind the selection that day and are big dangers again. It's still early days for Hint Of Frost and the newly-visored Fair City too, and they complete the shortlist.

DIXIE HIGHWAY gets the tentative vote on the back of his good second over a mile at Gowran last time where he shaped as though the return to this sort of trip would be in his favour. Tamisa also took a step in the right direction when second at the County Kilkenny track, and she isn't opposed lightly. Annagh Haven and Ondamoura also arrive in good nick and enter calculations.

A race to treat with caution, but if ALONG THE SHORE can build on her agonising defeat over the extended 1m1f at Gowran she will likely prove good enough. Byron Beauty wasn't beaten far by Elm Grove at Navan last time and, from 3lb better terms, can reverse the placings and launch a major challenge. Willie McCreery's charge won't be far away either, while Recollection and Uno Voce are also worth a second look.
