MUSAWAMA benefitted from a switch in tactics when making every yard to score by 31-lengths on his first start for the Denis Cullen stable at Downpatrick last month and he could prove difficult to peg back if Barry Cash adopts similar aggressive tactics today. Burrenbridge Lodge meets Mulleady on the same terms as when giving her a five-and-a-half-length beating at Listowel 26 days ago and should be able to confirm placings, while Un Beau Matin is no forlorn hope.

Mackey Boy looks an obvious danger on the back of his gritty Listowel success, while handicap debutant Corr Point is the least exposed of these and may well improve for his sixth at Navan 15 days ago (that was his first public appearance since early April).

TED VEALE showed a likeable attitude when beating a useful rival in Mumbo Jumbo on similarly bottomless ground at Listowel last time and, with the extra five furlongs today unlikely to cause any problems, he is taken to hit the target again. Zuzka has yet to finish out of the 'three' in seven bumper/hurdle appearances (winning three) and should be in the thick of things once again, while impressive Roscommon scorer Busty Brown cannot be ruled out either.

There wouldn't be a more popular winner than the veteran Northern Alliance, but for all he's well treated off this mark of 129 on his best form, RAZ DE MAREE is taken to reverse the Kilbeggan form with Liberty Counsel and prove too strong for his rivals. He can benefit from a 6lb swing in the weights with the daughter of Leading Counsel and the distance winner gets in under a nice weight. Of the others, Questions Answered knows his way around here and was last seen finishing runner-up in the Kerry National at Listowel, while Davy Russell prefers Mr Cracker of Gigginstown House Stud's trio at the summit of the weights, so a big run could be on the cards on his return to action.

Mouse Morris' charge might be in need of this first run for 189 days, but he had the reopposing False Economy behind that day and is taken to successfully give Michael Hourigan's charge 9lb on his return. Knockfierna bowed out in good form when justifying cramped odds in Grade 3 company at Limerick and she will be a player if in that sort of mood.

A line can be drawn under MACKEYS FORGE's most recent effort at Gowran Park when an incident at the second fence saw him badly hampered and unseat his rider, and the 120-rated chaser is taken seriously having shaped with plenty of promise over this trip at Listowel two starts ago. Total Submission was no match for Sea Of Thunder at Clonmel last month but this represents a more realistic assignment, so consider him along with course winner Oscars Business.
