PACELLI ROAD shaped nicely when runner-up on his hurdling debut at Gowran Park earlier this month and he is entitled to improve for that experience so he could prove tough to beat today. Dogora has joined Willie Mullins from France and it would be no surprise to see him play a leading role. Casual Creeper has place prospects and Tawariyka is worth a second look on his hurdling debut.

Top Tip: Pacelli Road (6)
Watch out for: Dogora (3)

Pacelli Road should prove hard to beat if building on his encouraging debut effort in this sphere. He may have most to fear from French recruit Dogora, while Danequest is an appealing each-way alternative.

KASHLINE has shaped well enough in his two runs over hurdles to suggest he can take a hand in a contest of this nature and he gets a tentative vote. Luddenmore returns to action after a year off the track and he can make his presence felt if at the top of his game. Tidy Zag, a bumper winner last year, needs to improve on the form he has shown over hurdles so far but he could well do so.

Our Vinnie meets the selection on 1lb worse terms than he would in a handicap but he did win a Grade 3 contest over this trip at Cork last month and he rates the obvious danger. Free To Dream looks the best of the other trio.

TURBAN is becoming rather expensive to follow but he sets a clear standard on form and even a reproduction of his Fairyhouse second last month would give him a big chance today. Pineau De Re has been struggling over larger obstacles of late but he should not be overlooked back hurdling here. Savello also reverts to hurdles after an unsuccessful spell over fences and he has place prospects.

Top Tip: Turban (11)
Watch out for: Pineau De Re (7)

Turban's hurdles form was solid and if he makes a good shape over fences at the first attempt he will prove a tough nut to crack. Castle Wings would prefer a stiffer test and Please Talk has questions to answer, which leaves Savello as the main danger.

Doctor Woodfield also has claims on the form of his 3m second here last time but KILBANE RIVER gets a tentative verdict.
