The Jamie Snowden-trained MARSH COURT appeared to have plenty left in reserve when landing the spoils over 2m4f at Fontwell 12 days ago and, with this step up in trip not a concern, she can follow up. Dabaratsa has reached the frame in each of her three starts over hurdles and seems sure to be in the firing line once again, while Miss Carroll could be another worth monitoring in the betting market on her first outing over timber.

VINCENZIO showed plenty of encouraging signs when fourth on his hurdling debut at Sedgefield last month (third has won since) and, with improvement on the cards, he could prove hard to beat in this lesser company. Nicki Boy won in workmanlike fashion at Perth 22 days ago and seems sure to mount a bold bid on his first outing for a new yard, while Goldan Jess is another that cannot be left out of calculations.

BERMUDA POINTE is likely to be brimming with confidence following his comfortable success over an extended 2m6f at Market Rasen 18 days ago and, although an 11lb hike in the weights is sure to make life a lot tougher, he still looks feasibly treated and can complete the double. Neutrino won cosily on his latest chasing outing at Fontwell last month and is unlikely to go down without a fight, while De Soto is another with solid place credentials.

WILL THE TILL was mightily impressive when striking gold over an extended 2m4f at Huntingdon 11 days ago and could take some stopping under a 7lb penalty. Herecomestanley appeared to have the race at his mercy when crashing out at Uttoxeter last time and, providing he's unscathed from that incident, he should go close. Misterinbetween is another that cannot be ruled out from his up and coming stable.

In what looks a fairly moderate affair, it could pay to side with Don Cantillon's charge, ROCK ME. This gelding was far from disgraced when sixth over 2m1f at Sedgefield last time and the booking of Tony McCoy looks significant. Karashar has shown enough promise to suggest that he can mount a bold bid here, while two-time Flat winner Coole Dodger is another of interest on his hurdling debut.

Irish raider KING ALI lost little in defeat when third behind a well-regarded sort at Tralee 16 days ago and, with Tony McCoy taking over in the saddle today, he looks like the one that they all have to beat. Callisto Moon is sure to arrive fighting fit following a recent stint on the Flat and should prove a leading player providing he takes to fences, while Sheshali is another that warrants respect on his first public outing over birch.

KIELDER RISE made a pleasing start to her racing career when runner-up over a similar trip at Stratford a month ago and, with normal improvement expected, she gets the confident nod to go one better. Shenao is an interesting raider from across the Irish Sea who can play a leading role if recapturing his best form, while Court Lad (who was some 15 lengths behind the selection on debut) looks best of the remainder.
