Tom's Music has not been sighted for well over a year, but he has rubbed shoulders at a higher level and could take all of the beating if fully tuned up. GOLD SHARK appeals as a safer option, however, having impressed when recording two facile victories recently. Catauga County has his sights lowered and completes the shortlist.

IT'SMYINTENSION justified favouritism over 5 1/2f here latest and she is fancied to go in again, with this step up in trip not expected to pose any problems. West Virginia Pam is a solid sort and should be there or thereabouts, while Untapped Energy, fifth behind the selection last time, is also expected to improve now upped in distance.

LITTLE CHRISTY has been competing in deeper races than this and gets the vote in a trappy event. Nellysford also has claims at this level, but Thalia's Song has won on two of her last three starts and appeals as the principal danger to the selection.

DILEMMA was comfortably first past the post on her last start here in December before being disqualified and placed sixth. The Soldat filly is returning from a long spell on the sidelines but is worth chancing in what appears a winnable contest. Astromelia and Roses For Doug have shown enough to land a race of this nature, and they can fight it out for the consolation money.

MISS OXBOW has been progressing steadily with experience and rates the likeliest winner. Iamthebesttoo has not really looked like winning to date, but she has posted some respectable efforts in defeat and appeals for place purposes. Handmedownrobes gave away her chance at the start on her debut last month, but she represents a prolific barn and can be expected to be wiser about her job now.

SUPER ECHELON comfortably accounted for subsequent winner Lightning Flash last time, a piece of form which suggests he is the one to beat. Flight Mission and Skydigger Andy are solid sorts at this level and also enter the equation.

MAZ'S MAGIC is clearly no superstar, but he arrives here on the back of a Charles Town success and gets the vote against some out-of-form rivals. Waltersram has been posting solid efforts in defeat and could be the one for the forecast, while Captain Cholo needs monitoring in the betting on his return, having scored when last sighted at Charles Town in January.

Wee Monie Creek got up late in the day to score over 6f here last month when trained by Eddie Clouston, but she may be better over that distance nowadays so the eased-in-grade DIVA'S RANSOM is the suggestion. Dama Leona has been running well in defeat and also enters calculations.

JOE'S KEEPER returned to form when a silver medallist over track and trip last month. Wallace Jenkins' veteran clearly still retains his ability and has been found a winnable race. Icy Interlude and Stealin' Summer are others to note.
