SKINT will benefit from the return to further having been outpaced over 2m at Kempton last time and looks the one to be on with the yard in form at present. Moon Indigo is slightly better off with the selection at the weights but his latest effort, albeit in stronger company, tempers enthusiasm. Gentleman Jeff may struggle with the selection at the weights and Bridlingtonbygones is preferred now granted a more thorough stamina test, with further improvement expected on what is only his second start over hurdles.

VIVA COLONIA made a winning start for connections when scoring over this trip at Wetherby in October and it didn't come as a great surprise to see him turned over next time out when dropped back to a trip he would have found very much on the sharp side. Back over 2m4f here, David O'Meara's charge should take all the beating. Sunarri is knocking on the door and wouldn't be winning out of turn while the unexposed course winner Altan Khan is also expected to go well now up in trip.

Supporters of MUSIC OF THE MOOR never got a run for their money when his saddle slipped at Newcastle last week but compensation may await here as he is better judged on his preceding effort at Sandown when travelling nicely and overcoming a late blunder to open his account over timber. Titan De Sarti looks an obvious danger and could improve upon his recent effort at Newbury with the likelihood of a stronger pace. Both of Micky Hammond's pair - Danceintothelight and Meetings Man - make each-way appeal with the latter, second in a Listed hurdle at Wetherby earlier in the season, narrowly preferred.

NAFAATH only narrowly failed to grind down an enterprisingly-ridden winner at Ayr last month and can gain compensation now up in trip. Gilbarry looks the main danger and sets the form standard on his earlier chase efforts. Jumping mistakes hindered him last time at Bangor but better is expected over this longer trip. Divers was below par on his last run over fences but had been improving prior to that and cannot be ruled out. Film Festival is the most exposed runner in the field but looks vulnerable to progressive rivals at these weights.

A fiercely competitive renewal but KUDU COUNTRY takes the eye following a highly encouraging reappearance effort when finishing fourth to the classy Mille Chief in a well contested handicap at Sandown last month. Entitled to strip fitter for that first start since the spring, he returns off the same mark and is preferred to Drill Sergeant, who shaped like a non-stayer at Kempton last time and should appreciate returning to the minimum distance. Top-weight Orsippus could prove a threat with Hunterview one to consider following an improved showing at Exeter.

Only a vintage ride from AP McCoy denied EARL GREZ a much deserved success at Warwick last month and despite a 3lb rise in the weights for those efforts, Philip Kirby's chesnut looks handicapped to record a long overdue first career success. The 6-y-o has improved steadily in recent starts and looks ready to strike now. Elite Land has been performing with credit over fences and on the Flat of late so can be expected to go well again, along with recent Southwell winner Follow The Sun.

Think Green caught the eye when running on well in the closing stages to finish fifth in a bumper here on debut last month and there should be improvement forthcoming from her, while Serenader looks sure to prove popular following his equally promising opening showing when third at Carlisle back in October. However, Nicky Henderson has an outstanding record when making the long trip north to this venue and with his runners in this sphere always to be respected, it could pay to side with the well-bred DARK SHADOW first time out.
