ST MALO took a forward step when second over this trip at Kempton last time and rates the one to beat if running to a similar level of form this evening. Hugo Palmer's newcomer Cape Dignity is worth a market check and should know his job first time out, while a big run from Mutadaffeq would come as no surprise. He disappointed over 1m2f here latest but had some fair form for Kevin Prendergast in Ireland previously.

RASHFORD'S DOUBLE kept on strongly when scoring on his handicap debut over C&D earlier in the month and is expected to defy a 5lb rise in order to land a double. Upgrade landed minor money over the extended mile in a maiden at Wolverhampton last time and could improve on that placing now fitted with first-time cheekpieces. Chocolate Box could leave behind some moderate maiden form now sent handicapping and might also take a hand.

92-rated Hugo Palmer representative MAZYOUN was beaten by under a length in the Listed Two-Year-Old Trophy at Redcar last time out and rates the one to beat. Any money for Richard Fahey's newcomer Lily Fontana would be notable as the yard can ready a newcomer. Holmeswood, representing the Michael Dods yard, is another debutant to monitor in the betting.

LOMU built on his debut victory over this trip at Musselburgh when landing another novice contest at Hamilton last time. An opening mark of 85 seems fair for Keith Dalgleish's charge, who is taken to complete a hat-trick and maintain his unbeaten run. Poet's Society boasts winning track and trip form and is expected to remain competitive following a 5lb rise for his 6f victory at Chelmsford. Improving course (6f) winner White Royale drops back in trip but could also take a hand.

TOTALLY MAGIC is two wins from her last three starts having racked up C&D win number two 11 days ago and there could be more to come from this filly. Two wins from three starts on all-weather, the daughter of Captain Rio strikes as one who can keep improving in this sphere. Bryght Boy isn't to be overlooked having shaped well in defeat in his last couple of starts, while La Havrese and Testa Rossa can also get involved.

RIOJA DAY has been presented with a real opening as he bids to follow up a triumphant visit to Ayr earlier in the month. A 10lb rise is probably fair given the manner of his success at the Scottish venue and Jim Goldie replaces one crack 5lb claimer with another. Cooperess is holding her form well at the moment and joins course second Gold Beau on the shortlist.

LOVIN' SPOONFUL's third behind Wrapped three starts ago is probably the best form on offer and she certainly wasn't disgraced when fourth at Musselburgh last time either. Bryan Smart's filly edges the vote ahead of the 66-rated Equinette and Any Joy, who hasn't been without promise in three starts and is the mount of top jockey Graham Lee.

THE NAME'S BOND ran a cracking race over 1m at Chelmsford last time, particularly as he didn't have the clearest of runs, and he gets the tentative vote in a tricky finale. Circuitous bounced right back to form at Musselburgh and is sure to go close if able to reproduce that level of performance, while Cliff is unlikely to be far away either.
