Liberty Coach and Bogha Baiste both return from a break and are more than capable in a race of this nature, while Gordon Elliott sends Clanokre Lass across from his County Meath base and even Starshine Legend has a chance after showing some promise on his debut in this sphere. They all have more to prove than SCRIABIN, though, who looks to have an excellent chance of going one place better than his C&D second.
12f Flat winner STARSHINE LEGEND ran well behind a useful pair on his hurdling debut and should improve for that experience. The quick ground will help him see off Try Them who boasts an experience edge and was in good form in Ireland until his last run. Clanokre Lass ran well on her hurdles debut and that form has been franked in a bumper so she also rates a threat.

PERGAMON was no slouch on the level and he's taken his form to a new level since returning to timber this year, winning at Huntingdon in April before following up at Ludlow. William Shanahan, who has been aboard for both of those victories, keeps the partnership intact and he's fancied to steer him to a third success on the spin. This represents a drop in class for C&D winner Pure Gold, who can edge out Ravenscraig Castle to claim the silver medal.
Pergamon is likely to prove popular in his hat trick bid but he has gone up a further 4lb so another career best will be needed. Instead it may be worth sticking with course specialists RAVENSCRAIG CASTLE and Just Dottie. The pair were closely matched here last time but the latter was better suited by the way the race developed with the former flattening out in a strongly run race. He needs to be played as late as possible but he is back on his last winning mark so can gain another C&D victory.

Assuming he can sharpen up a bit in the jumping department, the seven-year-old is expected to go well. LENKO can make a winning handicap debut. His opening mark looks lenient judged on his debut run and he has shaped as if this step up in trip would bring improvement. GET A SUPERSTAR might not be done improving yet over fences and certainly has the bit between his teeth following back-to-back wins at Market Rasen. This is his first attempt at Perth but he's in good enough form to think he'll be able to successfully make the switch to this unique circuit. Of the others, keep a close eye on C&D winner The Flying Poet and Twp Stori.

PRINCE NINO is a three-time winner at this venue, all over 2m4f, and he's well worth another chance over this 3m trip judged on the manner in which he finished off his race when scoring here in May. That was a great training performance from Lizzie Quinlan to get him back in that form following a year off the track, and he could quite easily strike again. Loro White heads the list of dangers from The Best Way.
A tight finale can go to LORO WHITE who was probably given a bit too much to do ridden to see out the trip on her first attempt at around 3m last time. She is just 5lb higher than when a course winner prior to that and has shaped like a thorough stayer. The Best Way still has to prove his stamina for this far but he's well treated on his old efforts and has been running back into form after a lay off. Prince Nino caused a shock here on return from a long lay off last time and remains on a workable mark so should also be thereabouts.
