HOPPING SEATTLE went close in this grade before finding the step up in class too much latest and, with the return to a route trip in her favour, she rates the selection. Downhill Dancer also lowers her sights this evening and has to be considered along with Lady Camille.

VALRIDGE has been knocking on the door and was only denied by a neck over this C&D last time out; this looks his easiest assignment to date and he is hard to oppose. With his racecourse debut experience under his belt, Light Wrap can give the selection most to think about, although market support for newcomer Evan's Dream Boy would be of interest.

Really Rollicking finished 3 lengths clear of the re-opposing ATILLA SANTOS when third in a similar C&D event latest, but the latter is improving and there should be still more to come after only five starts. He can turn the tables tonight, but Sobrino and impressive maiden winner Rock War are also hard to rule out.

SAMANTHA MULDER recorded the highest last speed figure when making the frame in a higher grade over C&D and can fully capitalise on the drop in class tonight at the main expense of Itsacelebration. The latter finished a close second over 6f here last time out and looks a bigger danger than Prize Note.

SWEET TEARS accounted for all but one of tonight's rivals when filling the runner-up spot here last month and, with further progress expected in only her third start, she is the one to beat. Just Amore and Raisa followed the selection home last time out and can fight it out for the silver medal.

6

CLAIMING

Rubbernecker, third in this grade latest, and Guardian Spirit, who drops in class tonight, are expected to be in the firing line, but it's APT TO SUCCEED who is taken to come out on top. Ed Lehman's inmate caught the eye with a comfortable success over an extended 1m on her debut and, although this is tougher, there could be a lot more in the tank.

Smith Scholar is capable at this level but isn't one to rely on, so preference is for BLITZENSKISSINQPID, who landed a C&D maiden with plenty to spare last month. Seamus Judge drops back in grade and is far from out of the equation.

8

20:22 Philadelphia Park (USA) (4YO plus)

HUMOR THE MAN has left his debut form well behind with a promising sprint double and is expected to have more to offer now upped in trip. He gets the nod but will have to be on top of his game to get the better of Silver King, an eye-catching maiden winner over 7f here latest, and Ramadam, runner-up in a similar event last month.

9

20:50 Philadelphia Park (USA) (3YO only)

Silk / Saddlecloth / Horse Name

Springs Road and Snow Mon are capable sorts at this level but it's hard to oppose DOUBLE DOWN VINMAN, who has made the frame in better company than this in all three starts since recording a double here last year and should be too hot for these rivals.

10

21:16 Philadelphia Park (USA) (4YO plus)

MAIDEN CLAIMING

5f 110y

Winner $10,400 - 11 ran

No.
(Draw)

OR
Jockey / Trainer

In an open finale, where Silver Jorge, Coincidental and Bangbangs Fuse can all be given sound claims, it could pay to take a chance on IMAGINARY VIEW. Ed Auwarter's lightly-raced 5-y-o has been far from disgraced in better company in his last two starts and went very close over 5f here in January.
