BEBINN romped home by 26 lengths over a similar trip at Plumpton last time and so a bit of guesswork was needed with it came to establishing her superiority during reassessment. Hopefully a 9lb rise can prove lenient and, in her current mood, she's taken to complete the hat-trick. Taunton scorer Badger Wood should give it his best shot from the front and is taken to confirm his superiority over the reopposing third, Somerset Lias.
It was no surprise to see point-winner BADGER WOOD better his hurdles form when making a winning chase debut at Taunton last month and is taken to follow up under similar conditions. Bebinn is the obvious threat as she goes for the hat-trick, while Somerset Lias can place again.

TIMON'S TARA kept on well in the closing stages when scoring over the extended 2m5f at Ludlow earlier in the month and this step up in trip appears ideal for continuing her improvement in the face of a 6lb rise. Dolores Delightful and Streets Of Promise similarly gave good accounts of themselves over shorter distances last time out and are potential improvers in the field now granted this stiffer test.
DOLORES DELIGHTFUL suggested a return to this longer trip would suit when third at Wincanton on her latest start, and she gets the nod to confirm the impression partnered again by Richard Johnson. Altesse de Guye and Timon's Tara both have reasons to recommend them also and can give the selection most to do.

Riddlestown remains 7lb higher than when scoring over a similar trip at Southwell two starts ago and, having been held in second behind Ballyegan off his revised rating over C&D last time out, he's expected to land more minor money, along with the last-named, this afternoon. A chance is instead taken on PARTING WAY, who has been eased 5lb for finishing fourth over 2m at Uttoxeter and could improve for this step up in trip and drop in grade.
BREDON HILL LAD is now only 2 lb above his last winning mark and gets the vote with the drop back in trip in his favour. Ballyegan and Riddlestown were first and second over C&D in December and there shouldn't be much between the pair again.
