Meijin has been well beaten at this level here and is hard to fancy but Jacks Delight is running well and must have a chance now he's dropped in grade. Fenwicks Pride has gone close in similar company and has claims but preference is for the inconsistent BOANERGES, whose recent effort in a Chepstow handicap suggests he would be good enough here if putting his best foot forward.

Hiawatha just failed to see out 1m 2f at Lingfield in a similar contest last time and this trip should suit while Magari won a Redcar seller last time but has yet to show she handles the all-weather. After some poor efforts, BEN KENOBI has hit form and was a battling winner of an apprentice handicap at Chepstow. This is easier and he should follow up today.

Princeable Lady won a seller in May but hasn't run for four months while Gala Sunday is inconsistent but could be given a chance on his best form. Golden Spectrum has won three times this year but appears to have gone off the boil and it's worth taking a chance on PHARAOH PRINCE, who appears to have found his level after losing by just a neck at Lingfield on his introduction to banded racing.

Bunkhouse has put up some good performances at this level and should be thereabouts while Bobering has flopped over hurdles but holds claims on a good second here in the spring. TANNING has put up some decent performances in better company this summer and, back in banded racing now, might be capable of breaking her duck.

TONI ALCALA is one of the most consistent horses in training but he's failed to win in 21 starts on the Flat and over hurdles this year. Dropped to banded class for the first time, he should be capable of ending that losing sequence. Chepstow winner Moonshine Bill and Anniverary Guest, who scored in a banded race at Folkestone this month, look the main dangers.

So Elegant was a banded winner at Lingfield this month but is not certain to get this trip. Fillameena and Field Spark have form in better company and must be considered but COIS NA TINE EILE won a Warwick seller in July and has been knocking on the door in handicaps since. Dropped to this grade, she should finally be let in.

Cayman Breeze has won three times this season but all at Brighton and is half the horse elsewhere. Show Me The Lolly and Pragmatica have done enough to suggest they can take a hand but preference is for the in-form ATTACCA. A narrow winner of a modest Carlisle handicap last time, he should find this easier and gets the vote on his all-weather debut.

Tipsy Lad was an easy C&D winner in this grade this month but he's not the most reliable. Coronado Forest is seeking a hat-trick of banded wins afer scoring twice at Lingfield but it's worth siding with MAGIC AMOUR, the winner of two sellers back in May. He's shown signs of returning to form recently and, dropped in grade today, looks capable of getting back to winning ways.
