Christopher Head has enjoyed a positive start to the 2025 season having had to reorganise his set-up in Chantilly. “I had to make a few changes, like employing more staff, including an assistant trainer and a communications officer, as we now have two yards” confirms the French handler who was last seen on these shores in October 2024 when Topgear ran away with the Gr2 Thouroughbred Industry Employee Awards Challenge Stakes at Newmarket.
The consistent six-year-old and yard favourite is once again part of his line-up for the 2025 season and could potentially again make his way across the Channel.
Right now, the focus though, is on the Classic generation and the many exciting two-year-olds Head houses. Many of them are like Topgear, by Wootton Bassett, and Head was more than happy to discuss their plans for attheraces.com with Liz Price.
