At The Races Verdict

Like a horse reborn over the past month with 2 wins from 3 starts, IMPEC DE BERTRANGE (2) most recently dominated a similar event here, and even though sporting pads this time, looks set to take all the beating. JACK DU TRUFIER (5), however, has been knocking at the door in superior company and clearly represents the main danger. Surprise 4th to Yves Hurel's horse here recently, JOYEUSE SMART (7) will be barefoot this time and is unlikely to disappoint.
