Verdict
Saxophonic has failed to land a blow in his three appearances so far, but could prove a different proposition as he takes a step up in trip on his handicap bow. Lope Harswell struck over 7f here in December and is one to watch, but the one who appeals most is ONYEISI. Runner-up in each of his last three outings, Charlie Johnston's three-year-old looks to have been found a good opportunity to go one better.
Expert View Verdict
Charlie Johnston holds a strong hand here with Mr Nippy and ONYEISI. The former wasn't made enough use of over 1m here last time but was in good form at the track previously and is a potential improver up in trip. However it is his stablemate who is preferred after a string of consistent efforts over middle distances on the AW. He showed a willing attitude over a stretching 12f last time and should confirm that form with Trust No One over this shorter trip. Lord Mayor has the potential to be better than this mark so could also be a threat if his stamina holds up but that isn't guaranteed.
