The Harry Benson entry has to have a fair chance of taking this and perhaps the more likely of them is Emperor Fusaichi. He was well backed ahead of his debut when beaten into third and has to have a chance of running into a place at least here. His stable mate Johns Honor can't be left out either but has had plenty of chances. The selection is NO MORE MASTERS who hasn't been beaten far on any of his three starts and could take this if managing to break a bit quicker.

PORT HENRY seems to have a lot going for him here and has a big chance of getting his head in front again. He only failed narrowly in a better race than this last time over this track and trip and seems to give his best efforts when running on this turf track. He is drawn well, with inside posts having a definite advantage, and has a top jockey on board. Charismatic Rob won a similar race recently and has to be a danger, along with Drink A Toast.

There is a slight concern that Preach It prefers a slightly shorter trip than she encounters here and because of that she is taken on with APT TO BANK. She has the highest speed figure over this 7f trip and is fully entitled to improve now returning to the dirt on which she is much more effective. She did fail when favourite on her most recent start but that was on turf so can be excused. Red Ruffle is in fair form and could run well also.

Having early speed and racing up with the pace is always an advantage here and SMOOTHMOVINANGEL's running style will certainly be an advantage. She drops in class and her trainer has a good record when taking such action with his horses. The low-profile jockey may not be an advantage but he is still capable of riding winners. Expedition Leader is going to be a popular choice after coming third in a better race lately, she is consistent and can be trusted to get involved. Getyourgunsannie might go well at a big price.

AMUAY has won over this track and trip on turf and has to have strong claims of taking this event under Eddie Castro. Her inside draw will be advantageous and her trainer has a fair record in similar races to this. Raise The level and Jolie's Leader are likely to prove the other main contenders as both are in-form mares, however, neither are fully proven over this trip and that must be a concern.

Pleasing Amy has a big chance on the form she showed when last seen but that was more than 5 months ago and it has to be a worry that she is returning from such an absence. She did work well earlier in the week, though, and could get involved. ALI'S CHARGER looked to tire over this trip last time but showed good pace and has proved her effectiveness at this trip before. She now has a top jockey on board and he will ensure she doesn't go off too quick, which may have been the problem last time. Tribunal Run could be a good place bet after coming third in a similar race latest.

Chase The Charmer came third last time in a tougher race here and has strong claims to come out on top for the second time this year. Royal Lace has the highest speed figures at the trip and on dirt, so could also go close. Kathleen O'Connell runs WINDY'S ESCAPADE here and she could take the honours under an in-form jockey. Her early running style will help and she has been running creditably in better races of late.

Although seemingly preferring the dirt track, MOCITA still managed to finish a very creditable third recently when tried on the turf track. She is sure to improve for this return to the dirt and could take the beating for top connections. Adreality is similar in that he could well improve for this return to dirt and he rates a big danger. Sweet Tzipora has the best recorded dirt speed amongst these starters but didn't run that well last time.

Fast Access has a good draw and has the best dirt speed of these runners, she has obvious claims but has failed as favourite on her last two starts and cannot be entirely trusted. After running second in a simialar event to this last time, J'S JULE is taken to go one better. She is very consistent, rarely running a bad race all year, and it would be surprising should she not go close. Azucaa won her latest outing and should be considered.
