Baroness outran odds of 40-1 when a promising fifth behind subsequent Listed scorer Ballet Shoes on her debut over this C&D and normal improvement should see her hit the frame at least, while Punked will be looking to put her experience to good use. City Ballerina is certainly bred to have plenty of ability, being a half-sister to Group 3 scorers Lesson In Humility and Poet's Vanity, and can show up well on her introduction, but preference is for another newcomer in QUEEN ISEULT. Like City Ballerina, the 320,000-pounds purchase is bred to be very smart and entries in both the Moyglare Stud Stakes and Fillies' Mile suggest that she has been showing plenty at home.

BOND STREET was no match for The Pentagon when meeting him here on his latest outing and can take full advantage of the drop down to 6f for the first time with the amount of experience he has already amassed. His stable companion Royal Navy Warship is expected to take a big step forward from his debut performance at the track last month, while others to note include Simmonscourt and Minnie Haha.

GOLDEN SPELL has top weight to deal with on the official handicap but the 7lb claim of Caroline Murtagh takes the course and distance winner's burden down to a more manageable 9-3. She was no match for Happily in Group 3 company last month but previous efforts proved her to be a useful performer, including when landing a C&D nursery. Solar Wave makes a quick reappearance after scoring at Gowran Park this week and has to be respected, whilst the best of Sebastiano Ricci's five runs bring him bang into contention. The remaining trio have all shown enough to be considered.

ORDER OF ST GEORGE has landed this prize for the last two years for the powerful Ballydoyle operation and he has been given plenty of time to get over his exertions when second in the Gold Cup behind Big Orange at Royal Ascot in June. He looks tough to oppose in this company, with Joseph O'Brien's Rekindling the main danger. An improving three-year-old, he won well here last time out and can confirm form with Willie Mullins' Wicklow Brave.

A number of these look to have chances, so HAVE A NICE DAY receives what can only be a tentative vote. The Oratorio gelding already has four C&D victories under his belt, he is 1lb lower than when half-a-length second here last time and has the talented Sean Davis taking a valuable 7lb off his back. Texas Rock is another who likes it here (dual course winner) and warrants plenty of respect dropping down from Listed company, while Canary Row, a fine fourth at the Galway Festival latest, and Leopardstown scorer Hunaina are just a couple more with claims.

Burren View Lady and Polly Douglas have both enjoyed successful seasons and cannot be written off despite their current handicap marks, while Flawlessly impressed when second on stable debut last time out and could have more to offer for Sheila Lavery. Sweetest Taboo isn't the easiest to trust, so it might be worth chancing the unexposed ITS ALL FOR LUCK. She seemed to enjoy a big-field handicap when fourth out of 30 here last time and could build on that display.

An open maiden as the majority of the leading contenders house similar credentials. However, REALT RUA has room for improvement after just three starts, has form over this trip and ground and was arguably unlucky not to finish closer on her latest start here when encountering a relatively troubled passage. Littlevix has shown considerable promise on both runs to date, including on the forecast ground, and should not prove inconvenienced by this first start over the minimum trip, whilst the likes of Conversely, Court Queen, Slumming Angel and Voge can all be afforded decent claims in a competitive heat.
