COTILLION is the best in at these weight and the 10-year-old has been in outstanding form under both codes in recent months. He was beaten at odds on in a similar contest to this last time but he may have bumped into a useful youngster on that occasion and he can make amends today. My Brother Sylvest should make a bold bid from the front and he could be the one to give the selection the most to think about. Moss Street is another who should consider.

A race that lacks strength in depth and it could be left to LATE NIGHT LILY to make it bakc-to-back wins following a victory at Market Rasen last month. My Mo has been knocking on the door since his win in a maiden hurdle back in July and he should be on the premises once again today. Sunnytahliateigan has shown promise in bumpers and he should improve for going over hurdles.

NO NO CARDINAL ran his best race for a while when a good second at Newton Abbot behind The Yank 10 days ago and has the assistance of Nick Scholfield in the saddle, which should bring about further improvement. Lake Chapala put in a below par effort last time at Hereford but is undoubtedly better than that and has to go close here, while Norse Light looks best of the remainder.

PORT NAVAS has had four outings to date over hurdles and now makes some appeal making his handicap debut with a first-time hood to complement the cheekpieces he already carries. Flemi Two Toes has solid form over C&D and has gone well before after a break, while Inch Rover has been knocking on the door of late and has to be respected.

This looks a match on paper between HOLLYWOOD ROAD and Jim Dandy with preference going to the former who was second at Uttoxeter behind Centuro and is entitled to take a step forward from that performance here. The latter has some decent enough form in the book and will give the selection the most to think about, while Tasty Ginger looks best of the remainder having chased home Cliffs Of Dover at Kempton.

Ballybolley would be the idea of the winner but is engaged at Ascot on Saturday so preference of the rest goes to DEFINITE FUTURE. Kerry Lee's charge is a very sound jumper on the whole and could well expose frailties in the jumping of his main rival Abidjan, who was a faller when trying to keep tabs with Shantou Village at Fontwell last time. The rest look to be fighting their own private battle for third with preference going to The Jugopolist, who outran his large odds when third behind It'safreebee at Fakenham earlier this month.
