Tout Et Permis got the better of Bracklin Princess, Lachares and Papal Motel at Cork, but was beaten a long way into second and his owners may have stronger claims with Gordon Elliott's Leomar, who won a couple of Flat races on testing ground in France. Jefferson Davies was rated in the 80s on the level and is in with a shout, but preference is for ZOFFANYS PRIDE, who was second in his last two starts on the Flat for Andrew Balding and can open his account on his debut for Charles Byrnes.

ALLBLAK DES PLACES won his maiden hurdle at the first attempt and his only other run last season was when second to Footpad in the Grade 1 Juvenile Hurdle at Leopardstown in February. Willie Mullins' charge has had a lengthy time on the sidelines, but a repeat of that run could suffice here. Val De Ferbet drops in trip and has claims, while Runfordave was a narrow winner of a maiden hurdle last time but may have a fitness edge on the selection.

CHAMPAGNE CLASSIC followed up a wide-margin bumper success in November with a solid second on his hurdling debut at Punchestown earlier this month and could go one better here. Without Limites is the obvious danger having started his hurdling career with a commendable third at Gowran, though Ornua made a decent fist of things when switching from the pointing field to take third behind Crack Mome at Clonmel. Bravissimo has to enter the reckoning on his debut for Willie Mullins, but he's been off the track for two years.

This race is likely to revolve around BELLSHILL, a Grade 1 winner over three miles as a novice hurdler last year. Willie Mullins' charge won as he pleased on his chasing debut at Gowran last time and could go on to bigger and better things from this. Diamond King impressed on his chasing debut at Galway but was firmly put in his place in Grade 1 company last time, so perhaps a bigger danger could be Attribution, though he has to give weight all round after winning a Grade 3 at Navan last time.

Knockraha Pylon was certainly not winning out of turn when grabbing first prize at Cork last time and an 8lb rise may not stop her, while Never Again won here in March and has run a couple of solid races on the Flat since. GOULANE DAVINA gets the vote, though, as she appeared to bump into a very well treated rival when second here last time and off just 1lb higher over the same C&D, she could prove tough to beat.

15:05 Limerick (IRE) (4YO plus)

Mr. Binman Handicap Chase (0-116)

A couple of mistakes late on left Show And Go toiling at Clonmel last time but he should not be ruled out here, while Knockraha Boss ran well for second over hurdles at Cork but is rated 14lb higher over fences. Pause And Ponder won over timber last time and gets in here off 3lb lower, but preference is for CAHIRCONREE. Seamus Neville's charge was only collared in the dying strides at Tramore last time and as his conqueror was a 108-rated rival in receipt of 7lb there, his handicap mark of 112 looks fair.

Considering the yard's formidable record in this kind of race, MISS SAPPHIRE looks the likeliest option. From a family with a stout staying pedigree, Willie Mullins' filly could take advantage of getting weight from her rivals in this. Crackerdancer ran a promising race when fourth at Fairyhouse two years ago but has evidently had her problems since, while Good To Flow was second on her debut at Punchestown but hasn't really gone on in two starts since.
