Dominium has struck the crossbar on his last couple of starts and should be in the shake-up again, while Atlantis Crossing merits consideration having his sights lowered. The vote, however, goes to last-time-out scorer PARISIAN PYRAMID. Lee Carter's gelding did the job nicely over this trip at Windsor on Monday and a 6lb penalty may not be enough to anchor him if arriving in the same mood.

Slight preference is for AARANYOW, who wasn't beaten too far despite only managing an eighth-placed finish in a Nottingham handicap last month and dropping into selling company for the first time could see him open his account. Lujeanie and Kuanyao, both C&D winners, are the top-rated performers in this line-up (66 and 65 respectively) and both warrant respect, while Eager To Bow also has a squeak dropped in class.

WINSLOW stepped up on his promising debut performance when readily beaten subsequent Norfolk scorer Baitha Alga, as well as three other future winners, over 6f at Haydock last time and, with this step up in trip unlikely to pose any problems, he gets the vote to follow up. His biggest dangers could come from those in the same ownership, Good Place and Zephuros, the former particularly interesting with Richard Hughes booked to ride and receiving weight all round.

EMMAN BEE arguably produced a career best performance when scoring readily over 1m at Brighton recently and, despite a 7lb rise in the weights, she remains well treated on her very best form and could strike under Richard Hughes, a positive jockey booking. Carrera certainly wasn't disgraced off a 2lb higher mark over C&D last time and merits consideration in the first-time blinkers, while Brighton seller winner Clapperboard and handicap debutant Smile For Me are others to note.

Sweetheart Abbey has struck the crossbar on his last three starts and looks sure to be on the premises again, while Flowing Air has been running well in her native Ireland recently and it would come as no surprise to see her figure prominently. The vote, however, goes to ANJIN, representing the stable who won this contest 12 months ago. He produced his best effort yet when third over C&D last week, remains open to further improvement with only six runs under his belt and should go very close off bottom-weight.

ROUGH COURTE regained the winning thread in good style at Redcar last week and that confidence-boosting success is taken to give her the edge. The 70-rated Clodovil filly sets the standard in this claimer and with experience very much on her side, she's tough to oppose. Intense Feeling is the sole course winner in the field and must be respected, while Supachap is worth noting given the jockey booking of Richard Hughes.

WITH HINDSIGHT almost put back-to-back wins together off 2lb lower over C&D last month and is well worth another look. He arrives in the form of his career and has built up a sound rapport with talented 5lb claimer Cam Hardie. Bennelong won over 1m at Kempton and is no stranger to success around here, while Choral Clan is model of consistency and Ferryview Place boasts claims dropping back in distance.
