MILLERS WEIR was rewarded for his consistency with a smooth win over 5f at Down Royal on his penultimate start. He finished a close third to an in-form rival last time and should give a good account this afternoon. Tiffany Gardens was dropped in trip last time and duly obliged in pleasing fashion. She looks the type to improve further especially over sprint distances. La Motta was a length behind the selection at Down Royal but re-opposes on 6lb better terms this time, and is not without a chance.

This maiden may not take too much winning and it could go to the John Oxx-trained newcomer ARAFAN. By Barathea, he is related to some useful animals, most notably the brilliant Azamour, suggesting he should oblige in a race of this nature. Estifhaam finished fourth behind Love City last time, that race is working out okay and he should break his duck in the near future. All In A Mix was a disappointing favourite last time, but he too looks capable of winning a small race before the season is over.

SKERRIES turns out quickly after a hard fought victory over a mile here on Tuesday. She has held her form well throughout the season, and this tough filly can follow up this afternoon. Irish Cambridgeshire winner Kestrel Cross was not disgraced behind Hard Rock City in another good handicap at Leopardstown last time and has to be considered. Loblolly Bay finished 11 lengths behind Kestrel Cross at the Curragh, but it would be no surprise to see her bounce back to her best this afternoon.

DATELINE has not been seen since easily landing a Sligo maiden back in May. That race was over an extended 6f, but today's 7f trip and the lengthy absence should not be a concern for this improving son of Namid. Danzelline lost her unbeaten record behind her elders last time, but she was far from disgraced and will make her presence felt today. Ciaras Luck performed well on her handicap debut and on that evidence she should be winning in the not too distant future.

A recent pipe-opener on the Flat should have put STRONG PROJECT spot on for his first run over fences since May. He beat Risk Accessor with something in hand on that occasion and looks well up to following up in this similar event. Anxious Moments put a couple of poor efforts behind him with an encouraging effort over hurdles last time, whilst Banasan was far from disgraced behind Ansar in the Galway Plate in July.

POWERSTATION won his bumper with some authority and looks the type to do well over obstacles. He beat subsequent hurdle winner Sirius Storm for that success, and if that animal is used as a guide, he should take all the beating today. You'vegotmerocking ran out the game winner of a decent bumper at Clonmel and should hold his own over hurdles in the coming months. Mac showed enough promise on his hurdling debut in July to suggest he can win a small race in this sphere over the winter.

BONNE NOEL'S should be up to winning this on only his second outing to date. An encouraging third on his debut, this half-brother to the ill-fated Joe Mac can be expected to take this on his way to better things. Benroseowen was just touched off on his debut at Tipperary in August and looks certain to win a similar race in the coming months. Slaney Eagle chased home the useful looking Dasher Reilly on his debut and should have no problem opening his account before much longer.
