Yorkshire Blue has scored three times this year and Ellens Academy won last time out but they may have too much weight now. Millfields Dreams is knocking on the door but rising in the handicap and preference is for MAKE MY DREAM, beaten a short head at Brighton last time and capable of going one better off a 1lb higher mark.

Hartshead, a head winner latest, may struggle with another 3lb while Imperial Echo, twice a winner recently - including over C&D - could be too high in the handicap. Along The Nile has claims at the weights but it's worth taking a chance on the highly-consistent ANGARIC, up 2lb but never out of the first two this year in six starts.

Kings College Boy and Grigorovitch, a close second and third to Royal Challenge at York this week, should be thereabouts but recent winners Aegean Dancer and Strensall may have too much weight. Bluebok beat Malapropism and SPANISH ACE at Yarmouth but the latter is 9lb better off now and 2lb lower than his last winning mark. He's worth taking a chance on now.

Cripsey Brook and Sforzando are consistent sorts but find it hard to get into the winner's enclosure nowadays, while Ayr winner Vicious Warrior looks in the grip of the handicapper at present. GALA SUNDAY is up 6lb for a short-head win at Beverley this month but won a shade cosily that day and looks capable of completing his hat trick today.

BABIECA looks the one they have to beat here. A decent second to the experienced Rosbay at Thirsk on his debut, he should have come on for the run and will take all the beating here. Intersky Sports and Fongs Gazelle have done enough to suggest they won't be far away but Smugglers Bay, green on his debut, is open to more improvement and might prove the danger.

Thornaby Green was third to Apache Point at Redcar off today's mark but has a poor strike rate. Ruby Legend looked all out to score at Haydock and may struggle with another 6lb. It's worth taking a chance on HOUSE MARTIN, who turned in her best display to date last time when second to Cottingham at Yarmouth and might be ready to break her duck now.
