Super Simon was narrowly denied on his debut and, entitled to improve for that experience, he can certainly make an impact here. Star Of Rhom can also feature but there are a few intriguing newcomers, including Trapeze who makes plenty of appeal on breeding and confidence behind her in the betting market would be a big positive. Rayaheen is also interesting but CORN SNOW edges the verdict. Godolphin's son of Raven's Pass is a half-brother to the very useful Zip Top and he can be expected to give a good account on his debut.

ZAFONIC STAR showed glimmers of ability in three runs as a juvenile and it would be no surprise to see him fare considerably better now he tackles handicap company for the first time. Full Shilling carries a 6lb penalty for her Chepstow success last week but that is unlikely to stop her from playing a leading role once more. Greyemkay posted an improved effort at Chepstow last week and he has each-way claims, along with Dancing Maite.

BIG WAVE had to settle for second best at Lingfield last month but she is less exposed than these rivals and she could take plenty of beating here if finding just a little more improvement. Errigal Lad carries a 6lb penalty for his win here last week but he is effectively only 4lb higher as he won from 2lb out of the handicap on that occasion. Reginald Claude is also respected while confidence behind either Jack Smudge or Our Monica in the betting market would be interesting.

BILIDN is in terrific form at present and, although her 6lb penalty for her win at Newcastle last week means she runs off 27lb higher than before embarking on her four-timer, she could extend her winning sequence. The Calling Curlew could be in the shake-up and Henry San has each-way claims if putting his best foot forward. Damascus Symphony relishes cut in the ground and should not be left out of calculations.

Mon Brav is gradually dropping back to a fair mark and he will pop up before long, while Steps disappointed at York last time but it would be no surprise to see him fare much better here. Piazza San Pietro and York Glory are also considered and Marine Commando is no forlorn hope if bouncing back to his best. CHEVETON is yet to find top gear this term but he has dropped below his last winning mark and he has conditions in his favour.

Thereabouts shaped nicely on debut and with improvement possible, he should be thereabouts. His stablemate, Azerodegree, has place claims along with Razorbill and Ascription. The John Gosden-trained duo, Manaar and Missouri Belle, are considered but Godolphin newcomer RUWAIYAN gets the nod. He is a full-brother to dual Group 3 winner Laaheb and it would be no surprise to see him give a good account at the first time of asking.

AMBIVOLENT scored on her debut at Wolverhampton and although she failed to follow up in handicap company at Kempton subsequently, she is likely to prove capable of better. Dutch Diamond performed with credit on her handicap bow at Salisbury last month and she is entitled to be on the premises, along with Our Phylli Vera who comes into this in good heart. Mistress Of Rome and Napoleon's Muse are also considered.

Cane Cat must be considered despite a 6lb penalty for her Leicester success last week and Barachiel is respected having shown more last time. However, it might be worth taking a chance on GREELEY HOUSE. He was bitterly disappointing when sent off favourite on his handicap debut at Newbury last month but better was expected of him and he remains open to improvement. John Potts could also feature.
