This is not a strong field. MAGIC TO THE FORE wasn't expected to win last time but disappointed when unplaced. She should be thereabouts. CHUTZPAH is coming off a rest but is only having her 3rd career start and is looking to improve. PINKY LEVINE was all at sea on debut and can only improve. Watch newcomers CAPRI GOLD and SHEZAFOX - they could win underdone.

Verdict

Small but classy field. Stable companions FOREVER MINE and SPARKLING WATER come off breaks and are prepping for bigger things. Both are well above average and warrant respect. Highly thought of SMORGASBORD is also preparing for forthcoming features but could could win fresh off a handy weight. Fitter TUSCAN WINTER is no slouch and if jumps on terms could take honours. SUITED CONNECTOR and LEADING LAD are looking for minor money.

Verdict

Mike de Kock holds a strong hand again. Preference goes to lightly raced LILLIANA who is maturing nicely and has a strong chance of completing a hat-trick. Stablemate FIRE FLOWER is rarely far behind and should give another sound performance. ANCESTRAL PRAYER was never travelling well last time but could show improvement after a short rest.
