In an open affair, it could pay to stick with RESTLESS BAY, a winner over 6f here this month. The all-weather specialist is up 4lb now but got up late last time and could be suited by this extra furlong. Silver Wind is in fine form, scoring over C&D two starts ago and just missing out latest over the same track and trip, but may she have too much weight now while Libys Dream is up 5lb for a 6f success here this month but looked to have something in hand on that occasion and could pose the main threat.

Plenty in with chances here but it might pay to side with BURNING STONE. He's still a maiden after 14 starts but is lightly raced on the all-weather and wouldn't have too much to find on his recent third over the extended mile here to land the spoils tonight. Bahamian Lad was a game winner over C&D last time out but may struggle to follow up off a 3lb higher mark while C&D scorer Ducal also has plenty of weight and needs to raise his game a little.

The lightly-raced ELJOWZAH should provide the answer to this puzzle. After a decent first effort at Newmarket in May 2010, she wasn't seen again until a close third over this trip on the polytrack at Lingfield in March. She hasn't too much to find on that effort to score here. True Satire was well held over C&D last month but has claims if converting the turf form of her debut effort at Redcar. Ragda and Too Late Jones might not be too far away.

This should go the way of LET YOUR LOVE FLOW, winner of a similar contest here last month. She only got home by a head that day but should benefit for this slight step-up in trip and looks open to further improvement after just five starts. Nottingham scorer Guava is a consistent sort and could be the one for the forecast although she needs to raise her game to get her head in front. King Kenobi, Dutchman's Field and Spartilla could take a hand in the finish.

Plenty in with chances but preference is for the prolific all-weather scorer LOYALTY. The winner of three of his last five starts, he only got home by a neck over C&D this month but escapes a penalty and can follow up on his favourite surface. Blue Moon, a double scorer on polytrack in October, looks to be running back into form and could be the one for the forecast but chances could also be given to Mia's Boy, Justonefortheroad and Mull Of Killough, blinkered for the first time tonight.

Cadgers Brig won impressively over C&D this month but is not the most consistent and could be anchored, carrying another 14lb tonight. Turjuman was a close third in a blanket finish over 1m6f here latest and has claims despite a 2lb rise in the weights but it's worth taking a chance on HONOURABLE KNIGHT, a winner over this trip at Kempton two starts ago. He's 3lb worse off now but is lightly raced on the all-weather and might still be open to some improvement.

Hard to rule any of these out but preference is for SECRET WITNESS, beaten a head over this trip at Lingfield last month in a Listed contest. He found giving weight away to all his rivals in a valuable handicap over the same track and trip last time too much of a task but, dropped in class now and on level terms with his rivals, he could take all the beating. Bajan Tryst is not the most consistent but has claims on his Dundalk win two starts ago while chances could also be given to Treadwell and Oasis Dancer.
