CITY OF ANGKOR WAT has been consistent on the Tapeta of late and this looks like an excellent opportunity to add another victory to his CV. The six-year-old has won off 4lb higher than his mark of 72 in the past and shouldn't mind conditions over a C&D where he has been successful before. Surety was looking progressive on the Polytrack and can be forgiven a poor latest run on turf for his rider Edward Greatrex, who won this race last year. Mr Christopher looks best of the remainder for his in-form yard.

A few of these have found victories tough to come by lately, but one who that comment doesn't apply to is EURATO. The Steve Gollings trained six-year-old has been winning narrowly on the all-weather lately and as a result he has only gone up 5lb for two consecutive wins. He doesn't have the services of Luke Morris to rely on this time, but Adam Kirby looks like a very shrewd replacement. Robben has found winning tough to come by and has a bit of ground to make up on the selection based on their latest battle here, while Minstrels Gallery is still unexposed in this sphere and adds an interesting twist to this long distance handicap.

The handicapper has given DYNAMO WALT a good chance here as he's been dropped 2lb for finishing down the field at Chelmsford last month (with Jebediah Shine ahead of him in fourth) and is now 1lb lower than his last winning rating. Derek Shaw's five-year-old is well drawn and could get a nice tow into the race from Oriental Relation. Stocking returns from a break but remains on a fair mark in view of her narrow Chelmsford beating in December.

WINGS OF DESIRE shaped with plenty on promise when third over 1m2f at HQ on debut. He holds a Dante entry and is expected to step up on his introductory effort and take plenty of beating now he has the benefit of a run behind him. Air Of Astana kept on well in the closing stages when second over 1m2f behind a subsequent winner at Chelmsford last time and has place claims if running to his rating, while Mahfooz should be wiser for the experience gained on debut at Doncaster and could also take a hand.

OFF THE PULSE has been on a dangerous mark for a while now, and for all his consistency he has just been struggling to get his head in front. He's had a six-week break to freshen up and the booking of Joe Fanning looks like another solid one by connections. John Mackie doesn't have a huge string of horses but he has had two winners in consecutive weeks at Dunstall Park this month. Moonday Sun has had a progressive spring and would be entitled to run well again under Kirby, but a mark of 75 might be right on the verge of his limit. Qasser has another go on the Tapeta after a brief spell back over the jumps and has place claims if running to his mark. (RW)

HEART OF LIONS shaped really well in the Wood Ditton at Newmarket last week when fourth behind the promising Sky Kingdom, and John Gosden's charge can put that experience to good use here over almost an extra furlong. Muzdawaj is a half-brother to Ertijaal and while he looks to have decent claims here, the worry is whether he wants an extended mile with his pedigree suggesting he would be more suited by shorter. Hayward Field is from the family of Group winner Forgotten Voice and was quietly fancied before being withdrawn from the Wood Ditton on account of the ground. The son of Cape Blanco looks a major player along with Sacred Trust, who was second behind Hombre Rojo who went on to be Group placed in Meydan, while of those at bigger prices, Divisionist could well bounce back from a below par debut effort last season at Newbury.

TOYMAKER has hit a purple patch in his form lately and only found John Caesar too good for him here last time with Les Gar Gan back in third. Phil McEntee's charge has only gone up 5lb for those three efforts and can strike again while the iron is hot. The consistent Les Gar Gan can confirm the form from last time by chasing home the selection, while Togetherwecan has proven to be expensive to follow recently, including when a beaten favourite last time at Lingfield, but looks the best of the remainder.
