Chantilly - Sunday 14th June 2026
VARDANIYA (1) comes from a strong dam line and is related to the unbeaten Varandir. Mickael Barzalona does duty for the powerful Francis-Henri Graffard stable. JOROLINA (5) is another daughter of Mehmas and is the mount of Pierre-Charles Boudot. She is well-related and should produce a positive effort. Trainer Amy Murphy will be sending out two fillies. DREAM OF GLORY (2) will get the services of Tony Piccone and Tom Marquand will do duty aboard WONDER BAILEYS (3). The betting market will be the best guide.
QUEENFLEUR (7) notched up her only career victory in a race for lady riders. The daughter of Cloth Of Stars is an honest individual and may be the one to side with. LA SAUZEE (1) is better than her last outing and won her previous two efforts. She merits healthy respect. CHASUBLE (2) is the mount of the skilled German jockey Nora Cronauer. On best form shown, she should have a say in the outcome of this contest. JOYEUSE SAGE (3) has good recent form to her name and cannot be discounted.
ROMEO AT (5) is twice a runner-up at Group 1 level. James Doyle will do duty for the first time, and he may be the one to beat. HILAL (1) is a winner of all three starts this year and gets on well with Jockey Guillaume Guedj-Gay. He merits healthy respect. SUBAHIYAH (7) takes on male company and receives weight. Christophe Soumillon steps back into the saddle and she cannot be discounted. KHADDAH (4) has won both his starts in Qatar this year. He returns from a rest and can feature if fit.
SAUCEPOT (11) is lightly raced with good form to her credit. She has a wide draw to overcome, but Mickael Barzalona will give her all the necessary assistance from the saddle. HALF HALF (7) is in good form heading into this course and is one of the leading contenders. TIEGO THE FIRST (3) comes off a good second-place finish at Saint-Cloud. His last victory came in a handicap and he cannot be ignored. CALAS (2) is a winner of his last two starts and will be looking to notch up the hat-trick.
The unbeaten DIAMOND NECKLACE (8) has won both of her starts at Group 1 level, most recently landing the Poule d'Essai des Pouliches at Parislongchamp on May 10, and sets a formidable standard. GREEN SPIRIT (10) finished third in that contest and could prove the best of the French-trained fillies. EVOLUTIONIST (1) impressed when winning her trial in April before producing an excellent runner-up effort in the English 1000 Guineas (Gr.1) at Newmarket early last month, making her a major contender. ESNA (6) also warrants respect after a Listed success in mid-May and is another with strong claims.
RABBIT'S FOOT (12) brings some strong Group-race form from last season and made an encouraging return when finishing second in a Listed contest at ParisLongchamp on May 3. With that run under her belt, she is taken to come out on top. TIFFANY (4) rates the main danger. She has also been competing at the highest level, the latest when finishing fourth in the Grosser Allianz Preis von Bayern at Munich-Riem in November. INDALIMOS (3) appeals as a solid each-way contender, while ELEGANZ (1) looks best of the remainder.
LONDONPOLO (6) has been consistent with four recent placed efforts, the latest when third at Parislongchamp in a strong Class 2 handicap in early May. He is given the vote over PONTOS (1), who won two runs back in a conditions race at Compiegne in late April and can shake-the selection up. SIM CARD (7) can improve from his sole run this year at Saint-Cloud 12 days ago and warrants respect. GAIDAR (10) makes up the shortlist.
SAHLAN (2) has been racing at the highest level, with a win in the Prix Du Moulin De Longchamp (Gr.1) on September 7th over 1600m at Parislongchamp and two recent unplaced runs in Group 1 races. He can be too smart for the promising ELASTIC (4), who is the only three year old in the race and his fifth in the Poule D'Essai Des Poulains (Gr.1) in early May was encouraging. MATAURI BAY (3) has been performing well in slightly easier races and has to be respected.
SPACE WALTZ (2) brings strong form to the table, having finished a commendable second in the Prix Noailles (Gr.3) at Parislongchamp on his latest outing in early April. The step up in distance could bring out more progress. RUMORISTE (4) rates the chief danger after showing plenty of determination to land a Listed contest over 2400m at Parislongchamp in mid-May. CHAMALI (1) also enters calculations after a creditable performance in Group 3 company recently and should not be overlooked.
