DESERT WANDERER has some fair recent form and must be considered. WINTER ORCHID is better than her last run would suggest. ZALIKA is holding her form well. SUN UP could win on her local debut.
CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE should improve on his last run and Blinkers could do the trick. ROCHESTER has some fair form in the Western Cape and could be the one they all have to beat. LETS BE FRANK has improved with Blinkers up and could contest the finish once again. BOLD CALL and PRINCE IN ACTION could play minor roles. SILVARI probably needed her last run and could improve.
GO DIRECT ran on well on his local debut but did not reproduce that in his latest start. WILD BRIER has ability when in the mood and is clearly a lot better than his last run would suggest. LAWS OF SUCCESSION is holding form and has a winning chance. FREE AGENT is having a cracking season and is clearly not out over a course and distance that suits. SEATTLE SWING could place.
CHAPPAQUIDDICK has been disappointing of late but has been gelded and can improve. GRANDISSIMO would prefer it a bit further but should run well in this line-up. MAHIR was a wide margin winner on the Polytrack last time out and is not out of it. SEEKING WISDOM and LEADMAN could finish in the money if showing their best side. COUNTRY ROCK is in good form and could go close.
FIFTY CENTS was a bit of a disappointment last time out but should fight out the finish once again. UNION JACK has been unreliable but is not out of it. AFRIKABURN has been in good form of late and is course and distance suited. NATIONAL PARK is a classy three-year-old and this race will tell us how good he really is. ZEB continues to hold form and does have a winning chance.
The Tara Laing yard is in fine form and CAPTAIN MAROONED should fight out the finish once again. SAVILLE won very nicely on his local debut and must be given respect. TOBODI is better than what he has been showing recently and could pop up in the places. All the lights are green for go with COYOTE CREEK as his recent form is good. TOTROLA and STAR BURST will need to improve.
THE CAT is battling a bit at the moment but might earn some minor money. WILDCAT always gives of his best and could contest the finish. AFRICAN MESSIAH won well on the Polytrack last time out and is as good on the turf so can follow up. BELIEVETHISBEAUTY took a long time to shed her maiden tag but could run well in this line-up. LEAGUE GAME is capable of doing better.
ADRIANO'S TRIUMPH looks to be improving and won well last time out. TUNDRA returns from a break but did win a close, battling finish so could improve. VOICES OF LIGHT is holding form and does have a winning chance. SHADOW CATCHER could improve in his new yard. POPINJAY is unreliable but is also not out of it. OPEN FIRE should improve on his last run. JEPHTHAH can win this time.
The betting should offer more clues, but EDMONDA, Oyster Bar and World Squared look the three to focus on, and they are preferred in that order as things stand.
SUN UP's recent starts have been likeable in general and she will probably take the beating. Dancing In Seattle seems the leading threat, while Zalika commands a closer look as well.
ROCHESTER looks marginally the pick of this bunch but can't afford to put a foot wrong. Silvari is fancied to follow the selection home, while Lets Be Frank also demands respect.
SEATTLE SWING appears to have just enough in hand to take this. Laws Of Succession can also play a leading part, while Evolver is not out of it where the places are concerned.
COUNTRY ROCK just about appeals most in this field but it's an open race. Keanan's Rock is probably the chief danger, while Grandissimo could also get a look-in.
NATIONAL PARK formwise is some way in advance of these and can't really be ignored. Breakfast Club could emerge as the main danger, while Streak Of Silver looks best of the others.
SEVILLE continues in form and will probably take the beating. Coyote Creek can emerge second best, while Sunday Falls edges things for third.
BELIEVETHISBEAUTY looks marginally the best of these but can't afford for much to go wrong. Wildcat is fancied as the best alternative, while African Messiah is another with the potential to figure.
VOICES OF LIGHT has been hard to fault in recent races and should give backers a run for their money. Jephthah could emerge as the main danger, while Open Fire edges it as the selection for third.
