KERB LINE performed to a high level when only finding one too good at Hereford last month and could defy a big weight to strike here for Jeremy Scott. That was a big return to form for the seven-year-old after a modest Newton Abbot effort, and should get a nice pace to aim at in this big field before being delivered late. With Pleasure is consistent and looked on good terms with himself when third at Plumpton 32 days ago, while recent Taunton runner-up Espressino is also taken seriously.

ORBYS LEGEND cost 80,000 pounds from the Irish pointing scene and was second in an above-average Newbury NHF contest four weeks ago. A bold bid is expected and he gets the nod over The Brass Man, who travelled well when second over hurdles at Lingfield in October behind a winner who has since followed up. Fulgurix rates best of the rest.

AVOID DE MASTER looked to be on a fair mark prior to a late success at Leicester 18 days ago and could repeat the trick for Fergal O'Brien off just 4lb higher. This extra test of stamina is expected to suit the six-year-old, and the Getaway gelding is preferred ahead of hat-trick seeker Crossley Tender, who is capable over both fences or hurdles. Huntsmans Jog is a stablemate to the selection and could prove best of the remainder.

THE BIG BREAKAWAY looked a potential superstar when producing a faultless display on his chasing debut and the five-year-old drops back in trip as he continues his fences education. That is unlikely to inconvenience the Getaway gelding's huge engine and he is hard to oppose as he attempts to enhance his reputation. Bold Plan is likely to give him most to think about, but will have to make a huge step forward from his first try in this discipline, when well held over a trip that was a little on the short side at Uttoxeter. Gibb Hill has already had one spin around the course and distance and that might be enough to see him take third over Firenzo.

SEVARANO, who was second to McFabulous on his final start over hurdles, made a foot-perfect chasing debut when justifying favouritism in a competitive Sandown contest and could have more to come in this discipline, tried off a 4lb higher mark here. He rates the one to beat, with Molineaux and Quick Wave appearing to be the main dangers.

In a competitive heat the vote goes to SIZING CUSIMANO, who kept on for second over 2m4f on his seasonal reappearance at Huntingdon and is expected to improve for this stiffer test. Dawson City has winning C&D form in the book and was well supported for a veterans event at Uttoxeter recently, though the main danger may be Big Difference, who has been knocking loudly on the door for Ben Pauling over shorter trips. Lithic, who was narrowly defeated off 1lb lower at Wetherby last month, is also noted.

Tzunami sets the standard on his debut sixth at Newton Abbot in October and could finish on the premises, though it could pay to side with one of the newcomers. Jonjo O'Neill representative FAME AND CONCRETE is related to two NH winners and is the tentative suggestion, though big runs from Colin Tizzard inmate Autonomous Cloud and Tom George's Clear On Top would come as no surprise.
