It will be a bit of a shock if LADY DEAUVILLE is not good enough to win this after all their previous efforts. The run in France last time is head and shoulders above what others in the race have achieved and she is sure to go off at short odds. Presbyterian Nun looks the only danger if she improves again after her sound effort at Newmarket last time. Jazz Jam is nicely-bred but looks to be playing for third-place money.

Hi Bray was one of the best of these at his prime but has seemingly lost his way and Arctic Desert is an obvious contender at this level. HART OF GOLD could be heading into this grade at the right time having bounced back to form when second at Catterick latest, while Royal Guest would not be with out a chance at his best.

Dona Alba was not fancied on her debut but showed up really well. Redeemed finished in front of Fleur De Montjeu but there is no guarantee that the form will be confirmed. TOTEM FLOWER finished well in front of Patio at Ascot last time and showed enough promise to suggest she is the one to beat in this contest.

The Cayterers is not far off a handy mark and a prominent showing would not come as a surprise. For Life popped up a couple of runs ago and did not run too badly off a 10lb higher mark last time. Mr Cellophane is capable of running well if in the mood but stablemate HIGH RIDGE is running into form and makes more appeal.

MAGICAL SPEEDFIT is clear on official ratings and really should be able to take this. If not, Wild Bill Tracy looks the one to take advantage after showing progressive form in some fair maidens. Lady Vibeeka should be fighting it out for the minor places and Artistic License is an interesting newcomer.

MILLISECOND boasts tremendous pace and may gain enough of an advantage to hold on against some other speedy performers including Hythe Bay and Hereford Boy. She won her maiden over 6f on fast ground at Lingfield last time and will be suited by today's drop back in distance.

Samdaniya broke her maiden here latest which was no more than she deserved after plenty of good efforts. SUNLIGHT had started to look disappointing, but her earlier effort at Kempton was better than it looked at the time and she beat a fair marker latest. Postage Stampe is worth considering from a stable in great form.

She's So Pretty is still a maiden but the step up in trip may help her. Blue Space is also trying the trip for the first time and has the scope to improve. Hermanita has had plenty of chances and Woolfall Rose hardly looks thrown in on anything she has done so far but CHANT DE GUERRE remains in fine form is probably the one to beat again with further progress likely.
