WELL REGARDED makes his debut on these shores for Emma Lavelle following a relatively short career in Ireland where he shaped with plenty of promise in bumper races for Oliver McKiernan. The gelded son of Dr Massini has yet to encounter fast ground but breeding would suggest that may play into his hands. Ballygarvey arrives here with useful form on the point-to-point circuit in Ireland and should be considered closely along with Getaway Driver who represents the in form yard of Charlie Longsdon.

Look no further than ESCORT'MEN on his chasing debut following a successful season over timber last year. The Paul Nicholls charge quickly earned a rating of 149 in that sphere following Grade 2 success on just his second start at Kempton and a monumental handicap triumph in a valuable race at Chepstow. Balazaccio can boast experience over the larger obstacles with efforts behind Ghizao and The Minack particularly creditable but both Henry Hook and Cloudy Sunset might be forced to settle for a supporting role.

COOLAGAD WONDER scored over this C&D three starts ago and returns off just a 2lb higher mark in what looks an open affair. He won with plenty in hand that day and with ground conditions in his favour, the gelded son of Fath is taken to regain the winning thread. Caunay is holding his form well and remains feasibly treated off this mark of 92, while Flowerbud could prove best of the rest providing she has addressed her jumping issues.

The 2009 Summer Plate victor NOSTRINGSATTACHED has come back down to what looks a very attractive mark of 110 and it could be worth siding with the Jonjo O'Neill charge with underfoot conditions back in his favour. C&D winner Morenito is entitled to come on for the run following a 426-day absence but it would be no surprise to see him make the frame along with the consistent Princely Hero.

Jockey bookings suggest that Sunny Spells is the main hope of Gary Moore's pair but it would be dangerous to rule out Psi with the trainer having enjoyed a double at Plumpton on Monday. Ffos Las winner Manadam is another to take seriously running a full 11lb well in at the weights but FREE FALLING is taken to land the hat-trick. This represents a slight step up in class but a 7lb rise in the ratings for her most recent exploits at Exeter doesn't seem too harsh as the mare appeared to win with any amount in hand.

It is very hard to oppose the recent form of SADLER'S STAR who, despite carrying a 7lb penalty, runs 5lb well in at the weights. The Michael Blake charge was an impressive 10-length winner at Wincanton recently when hinting that he is still some way ahead of the handicapper. Course form will stand him in good stead but this is by no means a formality as Reg's Ruby is open to improvement and C&D victor Osmosia can continue on an upward curve.

A positive market move for the newcomer Kingsfold Flare would be worth taking note of but preference is for previous experience and GINGER FIZZ gets the nod. The Ben Case inmate shaped with promise in a similar event at Newbury in March and if ready to roll on her seasonal bow, the four-year-old filly is expected to have come on for that initial experience. Cave Woman is another with claims on her debut, likewise the well-bred Buxom but the market may be able to shed further light on their respective chances.
