GIFT OF DGAB has shown smart form in four starts over hurdles so far and although beaten at odds-on at Fairyhouse earlier in the month, Tony Martin's charge looks well worth another chance in this sort of company. Rivago D'Or has been even more frustrating, being placed on eight occasions, but his first success should be in the offing at some stage. Buck Barrow looks best of the rest, while Flat recruit Bondage could be one to note in the betting, a comment that also applies to stablemates Citizenship, Gleaming Silver and Green Energy.

Drinmore runner-up REALT DUBH relished the drop back in distance when beating Noble Prince by five lengths over this C&D last month and Noel Meade's charge will take plenty of beating if jumping with the same fluency this afternoon. Flat Out impressed when coasting home on his fencing bow over 2m4f at Punchestown and he, too, should be quick enough to cope with the trip. Grade 2 winner Mr Cracker looks to have a bright future in this code, while Saludos was running a big race here last time prior to falling at the last.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED made a winning start in the handicap chase sphere over 2m4f at Limerick last month and a 7lb rise in the ratings may not be enough to stop him following up. Penny's Bill ran like something was amiss when last sighted in the summer and he might have been freshened up by a break, while Dessie Hughes has a good hand with top weight Deal Done and handicap newcomer Erritt Lake, who unseated his rider in a Grade 3 novice event at Punchestown in November.

HURRICANE FLY has looked better than ever this season, showing a brilliant burst of speed to beat the reopposing Solwhit in the Hatton's Grace over 2m4f before easing past the same rival dropped back to the minimum trip in the Festival Hurdle over C&D. Solwhit will need to try and draw the sting out of the selection from a long way out if he's going to reverse the form, while smart mare Voler La Vedette isn't quite up to this level against the boys and Sublimity is arguably past his best and needs quicker ground. 2010 County Hurdle winner Thousand Stars will probably continue to find life tough this season.

HIDDEN CYCLONE has the best form on offer having gone unbeaten prior to finishing a close-up third to First Lieutenant in the Grade 1 Future Champions Novice Hurdle over 2m here last month and trainer 'Shark' Hanlon feels this more demanding distance will suit his charge to the ground. Willie Mullins' Flat recruit Ballyhaunis is bidding to make it three from three over timber but faces a much stiffer assignment. Of the rest, Fully Funded is preferred to Si C'Etait Vrai.

On what could be a good day for the Hanlon team, EPHORUS is fancied to register his third win on the bounce. He seemed to be idling after hitting the front too soon over 2m at Tramore last time but he still won well in the end and promises to be seen in an even better light back up in trip. Down Royal disappointment Golan Guy is lurking dangerously near the foot of the weights, while Talkin' Tough ran well for a long way at Fairyhouse and that first outing since September 2009 is bound to have done some good.

Barring strong market support for the Willie Mullins-trained newcomer Zadarska, Jessie Harrington's BURN AND TURN looks the one to side with. She stepped up on her Cork debut effort when second to a smart-looking debutant at Fairyhouse earlier this month and further progress should make the mare hard to beat, especially in receipt of weight from her main rival. Charles Byrnes' point winner Shrapnel and 'Shark' Hanlon's Mart Lane are worth noting in the betting market.
