A much improved performance on his handicap bow at Wolverhampton gives the CLASSY TRICK every chance. The son of Hat Trick clearly has a big run up his sleeve off this mark of 57 and there should be more to come after just four career starts, but keep a close eye on Stan Moore's pair Paddy's Saltantes, a winner of a Kempton maiden nine days ago, and Amelia Hull, who won a seller over 1m here two starts ago and could be worth another chance on her handicap bow going up in trip despite a somewhat lacklustre display here on Thursday.

GREAT DEMEANOR beat the reopposing Plenum when leaving a moderate Newmarket debut effort behind at Kempton last month and he's fancied to break his duck. The Bernstein juvenile took well to the all-weather surface on that occasion when out-running odds of 33-1 under Graham Lee and he appears to have been handed a real opening against these rivals. Staffhoss made a pleasing enough start over 1m at Kempton last month and the decision to drop him to 7f looks a good move.

Ian Williams launches two arrows at this 7f handicap and PARISIAN PYRAMID looks the one to be on. Stepped back up to this trip on the back of a slightly disappointing display when rated 4-1 favourite at Kempton over 6f recently, the son of Verglas has tumbled down to an attractive mark now and would most certainly have the beating of these if anything close to his best. Stablemate Rossetti was beaten just a neck in a better race at Chester in September but his all-weather form isn't as strong as Kung Hei Fat Choy's and James Given's gelding is feared most.

Buoyed by his maiden success at Southwell last month, Neighbourhood has gone up 4lb and must be taken seriously trying 2m for the first time. Akula is another interesting contender reverting to the Flat scene on the back of three disappointing efforts over fences in October, but C&D winner SIX OF CLUBS rates the pick of these stayers and he remains feasibly treated off 63 with the booking of Graham Lee a positive one.

The 79-rated Hamoody will go very close if he's able to recapture something like his best but C&D winner BEAT THE BELL arrives in good nick and may just prove best. Not beaten far behind the 82-rated Ertikaan in a Kempton claimer when last sighted, the 10 times career winner acts well at this track and should have too much for Ghost Train and Fathsta when push comes to shove.

HEPWORTH made a promising start to her racing career when runner-up over 1m at Doncaster in October and, likely to improve for the extra four furlongs today, she is taken to go one better. Elysian has edged closer to the target in each of her three visits to the racecourse thus far and warrants respect, but Omar Khayyam rates the bigger threat.

RAPID WATER should arrive full of confidence having claimed a well deserved victory under Jimmy Fortune at Kempton on Monday and a 6lb penalty may not be enough to stop him following up if he can reproduce that level of performance. Irish raider Egretta is the least exposed member of this line-up and she ran well enough on the all-weather at Dundalk last time to expect a big run, while Sudden Wish and Fonterutoli make up the shortlist.

Not the strongest of contests to round things off and marginal preference is for SILLY BILLY, who has been knocking on the door in similar class 6 handicaps at the course recently. Flamborough Breeze would have every chance if recapturing the form of his game Wolverhampton success two runs back, while Chandrayaan certainly isn't out of it either.
