ONEHELLUVATOUCH showed promise on her debut last year at Sandown on soft ground when fifth behind Taskeen but hasn't shown that promise since in two maidens at Sandown and Goodwood. An opening handicap mark of 55 could prove fairly lenient if improving on her first two runs. Masterson can go well dropped back down in trip with Killian Hennessy taking 7lb off, while Boychick has first time blinkers which should help sharpen him up.

WORDISMYBOND has bounced back to form the last twice with a win and a third at Brighton. The son of Monsieur Bond handles ease in the ground and looks the most solid option here. Highlife Dancer is 2lb lower than his last winning mark and is capable if turned out quickly following his Nottingham exertions on Thursday, while Weardiditallgorong has been in decent form of late and holds fair claims. Whip Up A Frenzy was well backed latest and it will be interesting to see if the money comes again.

COOLFITCH has performed with credit on her last two starts in better company and, while she has a 7lb penalty to carry thanks to her Ripon success on debut, the daughter of Roderic O'Connor has proven herself on a softer surface which bodes well for tonight. Alwalaa looks the chief threat on her form so far, while Paco's Angel shaped well on her debut at Bath and is entitled to improve for that effort.

SHANGHAI GLORY was highly tried as a two-year-old and even went to Royal Ascot where he was last in the Norfolk behind Waterloo Bridge. The son of Exceed And Excel threatened a revival on his recent start at Salisbury when second behind Zeeoneandonly and looks the one to beat if building on that effort. Lightning Charlie would hold solid claims if able to transfer his all-weather form back to turf, while Cultured Knight has been in consistent form and should be thereabouts.

David Lanigan has assembled a strong team of two-year-old's this season, and CRYSTALLOGRAPHER was reportedly working well prior to her debut at Kempton last month. The Big Bad Bob filly should be all the better for that experience, and can take this modest maiden on the way to better things. Roger Varian has continued his fine season with more winners this week, and Compras Scoobie will likely be a warm order to finally win his maiden after a recent unlucky effort at Wetherby. California Lad and Hilltop Ranger complete the shortlist.

It is no surprise to see Mick Channon's ETTIE HART turned out quickly in order to avoid a penalty for her success at Brighton on Monday, and she can take the beating on just her second handicap start. The three-year-old made all over this trip on that occasion, and could prove tough to stop if fast out of the stalls once more. Little Indian likes it here and should go well with Adam Kirby booked, while Espoir is an intriguing contender from stall one, and any support for the daughter of Cockney Rebel on just her third start for David Evans should be noted.

HE'S MY CRACKER has some decent form behind some potentially useful rivals, including the well-handicapped Ebony N Ivory, and he ran his best race to date just a fortnight ago when second at Windsor. The three-year-old qualified for a handicap mark after that event, so it is interesting that Clive Cox sends him out for another maiden. Daring Day should appreciate the give in the ground and can make a bold bid, while Catchment was steadily progressive last season, and it will be interesting to see if she has trained on from those efforts for Amanda Perrett.
