It is very hard to oppose KING ELECTRIC, who put two second-placed finishes behind him when an impressive winner of a hot contest at the Curragh last month. That form has been boosted with the second, Peace Envoy, winning a Listed race since and the third has also been successful subsequently. Lyin Eyes was fourth to a stablemate of the selection on her racecourse debut over C&D recently and she is fully entitled to take a step forward this afternoon. Boom Or Bush is related to plenty of winners and is worth a look in the market.

BLOOD MOON was not beaten far by the likes of Washington DC and Only Mine in a Listed race over C&D last month and he was a clear-cut winner of a rated race at Fairyhouse on his sole subsequent start. A mark of 94 is stiff enough but he does still look to be progressing. Kasbah has to carry top weight but the four-year-old rarely runs a bad race and he should be in the mix once again. Others to note include Bainne and Falcao.

Conditions are likely to be very different for Shanghai Beauty, who has been running extremely well on soft and heavy ground of late. MR BOUNTY chased home Falcao (runs in the 2.30) over 5f at Cork last time and a 2lb rise for the effort looks fair, especially as it is negated by his rider's claim. A Few Dollars More and Sweetest Taboo also make the shortlist but they both would have to prove themselves on quick ground if the rain stays away.

STAR OF KINGS ran well in some highly-competitive maidens as a juvenile, which has earned the daughter of Sea The Stars an official rating of 85. It would be no surprise to see the step up in trip bring about some improvement in the filly and she is entitled to the utmost respect. Karalara only made one appearance as a juvenile but she did display plenty of ability. The newcomer, Ard Na Sidhe, is from the family of Damson and both of her half-sisters have won a race.

LAMBEAU FIELD put in a career best when second in a maiden over an extended 1m4f at Tipperary last month. An opening mark of 72 looks stiff enough but he should find handicap company more suitable. Ceol Na Nog has to overcome a 9lb rise for her easy win over 1m2f here a few weeks ago but this contest lacks strength in depth and she makes plenty of appeal. Lord Justice, Restive and Way To My Heart are also worthy of consideration.

In a open race the marginal preference is for INTENSE STYLIST, who represents the in-form yard of Jim Bolger. On her sole start this season the daughter of Intense Focus was second over an extended 7f at Tipperary last month and a 3lb rise in the ratings for that effort looks fair. Zebgrey was not far behind the selection on that occasion and she is 5lb better off at these weights. Siege Of Boston is worth a look in the market on just his second start for Gordon Elliott, while Drillmaster and Ruby Gates can also go very well.

The form of Tony The Gent's debut win has not worked out very well but the fact that he beat experienced rivals on that occasion means he merits consideration this afternoon. AL MOHALHAL and Misty Millie both drop down in grade today but the preference is for the former because he has better form on a quicker surface. His two runs on the all-weather this year have been solid if not spectacular and he rarely runs a bad race. Misty Millie was hugely impressive when winning her maiden by 14 lengths on soft/heavy ground in April and she was not disgraced in the 1,000 Guineas Trial a month later.
