SKYELADY won a decent maiden on her debut at Haydock in the spring and finished second in a Listed race at Newmarket in June. Her last two runs have been below-par but this represents a significant drop in class and she shouldn't be written off just yet. Midris has caught the eye in both starts and should be winning shortly, but Proxenia has proved frustrating so far and Surely Truly has something to find at the weights.

Rapsgate was poorly drawn at Newmarket six days ago but she's already had plenty of chances and may be worth opposing with GWILYM, who finished ahead of Richard Hannon's filly at Windsor in August. Rose of Inchinor disappointed at Redcar last time, while Trophy Pride appeared to find 5f too sharp at Sandown last month and will probably do better when stepped up again in trip.

Miss Dixie has claims on her third at Haydock in August but weakened quickly on a return visit there last month when finishing behind debutante TERENTIA. Ed McMahon's filly should strip fitter here and is probably the one to beat as Red Pride has shown little so far and Sirbrit has changed stables since making a decent debut at Carlisle in June.

ZORIPP missed the break when only seventh to Inka Dancer at Leicester last time. He races off the same mark as when second in a non-seller at Musselburgh in August and should go close if staying this longer trip. Granary Girl makes a swift reappearance after finishing fourth at Windsor on Monday but more interesting is Trappeto, who appears in this grade for the first time. Harry May could be best of the rest.

Kingdom of Dreams, successful at Hamilton and Goodwood this season, seems sure to attract support while bottom weight Reaching Out may still be on a decent mark. But the vote goes to the lightly raced INCHLOCH, who beat a subsequent winner at Leicester in July and may still be improving judged on his staying-on third at the same track last time. Beverley winner Noble Future and the consistent Cool Hunter are others to consider.

TOP MAN TEE didn't get much luck in running over a shorter trip here last month. He is on the upgrade and has more scope than Leicester fifth Four Pleasure and Mina A Salem, who had shown little prior to a fair run at Newmarket last time. Princelet is interesting, however, though he hasn't raced since finishing third at Newbury in May while debutant Lucidus could make his presence felt with Jamie Spencer in the saddle.

Ameeq returned from his mid-season break to finish second at Redcar last month but the selection here has to be PLAY ME. Placed behind Oaks winner Eswarah at Newbury in April and in the Group 3 Musidora at York in May, Peter Chapple-Hyam's filly probably needed the run when well beaten behind the brilliant Ouija Board at Newmarket last month and meets nothing of that calibre here. Gold Heritage and Sun And Showers may contest the minor placings.

THREE WRENS appears to go well fresh and is less exposed than most of her rivals. She was quite impressive over C&D in May. Perfect Blend is making steady progress and got off the mark at Windsor last time, while Secretary General is worth considering now he's back in form as he is very well handicapped at present. Dance On The Top is usually thereabouts and is another with claims, along with the consistent Kaymich Perfecto.
