Verdict
HARMONY HEIGHTS has been consistent since switching to hurdles and a maiden triumph looks sure to come sooner rather than later. Fergal O'Brien's mare advertised her claims with a creditable second at Lingfield and can outstay her rivals in the newly-applied cheekpieces. Katie's Melody was no match for a couple of decent types at Wincanton, but moves into handicaps with heaps of potential. Kosasiempre is worth a second look back over timber.
Expert View Verdict
A tight contest which could be dominated by the least exposed in the field. Narrow preference is for STAR OF HONOUR who left her previous form behind when splitting a useful pair in a small field event last time. She showed a willing attitude to rally that day and that combined with her point victory suggests that she will have more to offer over this longer trip. Katie's Melody is another who starts out in handicaps off a potentially generous mark and she is feared most. She still looked green when placing last time where she proved she handled testing ground and she is another who could improve for the longer distance. Harmony Heights has already proven her stamina for 3m and she demonstrated that she could be competitive off a similar mark last time so also rates a danger.
