Verdict

WILLOW CHARM, TIGER'S CAPTAIN and JAWBREAKER ran into the money last time and can do so again with a repeat of those performances. HIGHWAYMAN HARRY had excuses for a disappointing last run but could have a say if bouncing back to the form of his previous outing. Well-bred newcomers SIVAJI, BRAVE WAAM and RABBLE ROUSER are attractively bred and if not too green, could fight out the finish in this lineup. The latter, with the benefit of a sex allowance, is marginally preferred.

POETS WARRIOR and ENFLAME produced career-best performances when winning over track and trip last time. Both remain competitive under resultant penalties so they could fight out the finish. BELIEVE IN FATE caught the eye last time when 3rd at a higher level over a similar trip and a repeat of that performance off an unchanged mark, with the aid of his rider's 1.5kg allowance, could suffice in this grade. XENOPHON and AFRICAN PRINCE also have consistent recent form at a slightly higher level so they should have roles to play. Fillies BLIZZARD SNOW and stablemate ARASHI are class-droppers too with the means to have a say in the outcome. Verdict

Speedy RIFLE QUEEN returned to winning ways when leading from start to finish over 1160m in what was her second run after a rest. She remains open to improvement and should be equally effective over this shorter trip, so it should pay to follow her progress. CHASING HAPPINESS, LITTLE BALLERINA and last-start winner POBLANO are weighted to be competitive and they have the form and experience to challenge their younger rival.
