Trainer says

He has recently been running over six furlongs but coped admirably with the drop to five in the Shergar Cup Dash at Ascot on Saturday. We thought they would go a real hard gallop and he might be rushed off his feet and we just told Jerry Chau to get into a nice rhythm and, hopefully, he would be doing his best work at the end. We had the Ayr Gold Cup as an end-of-season plan that is back up to six. We have seen he can be effective at five and maybe he is getting faster. They often do when they get older and we will have to work things out as to where we go next. He has been a grand horse and I think there is still a bit more improvement to come so we will see.

He was a progressive horse in the Spring and he has had a mid-Summer break. We will get him back for a small Autumn campaign and then I think he is going to head to Dubai for the Winter.

She has been consistent and has won two and should be capable of winning a couple more. She is still off a workable mark and it is hard to know if she stayed a mile and quarter at Brighton on Wednesday as she nearly went over the rails at one stage. I don’t know if it was a combination of both as she really lost her momentum.

She had a good Spring on the All-Weather and she ran well on her last run at Chester. Hopefully, she will have a good Autumn/Winter campaign on the All-Weather.

He is off a career mark high of 85 and hasn’t run since winning at Wolverhampton. He was in the July Sales and has now come back to us and, hopefully, can progress a bit more. He is effective over six and seven furlongs.

He ran well again the last day when he was second at Sandown. He stays all day and can be effective over anywhere from a mile and a half to two miles. He will be with us for the rest of the Summer and will go jumping for Olly Murphy in the Winter.
